Emeric is a Senior Interaction designer who has spent the last 5 years working in the public sector. He is motivated by solving real world problems that combine his interest in people, and passion for technology.
Emily is passionate about making exciting things happen - therefore she is a natural fit as Snook's Operations Manager.
Erin has a background in providing administrative support to large teams, covering a range of areas including B2B marketing and sales, events management and budget tracking and billing.
Gavin's work in the field of service design extends back over 16 years, during which he's had the opportunity to contribute to the practice's development and apply it across most sectors.

Isobel is driven by a curiosity about people and a commitment to clear communication. She believes in taking a user-centred approach to creating content journeys that help people take action - whether through an online service, learning product or in-person experience.

Kirstie strongly believes that people and communities should be able to influence and shape the services that affect their lives and is interested in how processes can be put in place to ensure this happens in practice, underpinned by inclusive and ethical research.
Leigh has 12 years' experience in operational management, through various different industries from retail and gallery management to ecommerce (B2B & B2C) and design.
Leigh is fascinated by the power of language and how we communicate as human beings. She is committed to making things easy to understand, so the widest possible group of people know what is happening and what they need to do. Complexity can confuse users and compromise organisations. By keeping things as simple as possible, everyone has the best chance of success.
Liam uses his skills to increase understanding and people-centred design capacity across organisations, communities and local government.
Since then, Liam has worked with organisations across the UK and Europe on a series of place related projects, from co-creating Hubs of Innovation, prototyping a new Environmental Impact Assessment process, and designing, delivering and maintaining platforms which reward citizens for their ‘green' behaviours.
Outside of the studio, Liam also works with a charity which helps to raise the aspirations and employability of disadvantaged young people. He can often be found exploring the outdoors with his dog, friends and family between London, Lancashire and beyond. From DIY at home, to his local community, he never stops thinking about how to improve the world around him.
Liam is a strong believer in design's ability to help people and organisations shape a future that we all want to live and participate in.
Lydia has 20 years' experience in a variety of operational roles in both the public and private sectors.
