Rob is President, Professional Staffing (UK).
Previously, Rob joined the business to be responsible for leading the IT & Engineering teams across the Redhill business as Managing Director, CBSbutler.
Rob has a wealth of experience across a range of sectors within recruitment, both in the UK and internationally. Rob has worked in ICT and Engineering recruitment for over 18 years and has progressed from a Junior consultant through to a Senior Director level.
Rob has had the benefit of working within some of the largest recruitment companies in the world as well as being involved with getting start-up businesses up and running. This is Rob's second period of working with CBSbutler after spending 3years within the business pre being part of the Staffing 360 Solutions Group. Prior to returning Rob was a Senior Business Manager at Modis, part of the Adecco Group. Within this role, Rob was responsible for setting up and building various recruitment teams within specific market areas including Cyber, Data, Aviation, and Cloud.
Rob is hugely passionate about people including development, coaching, training and also providing a platform for opportunity. He has a Performance coaching diploma and has previously held supporting roles within L&D as well as championing initiatives and projects focused on upskilling teams and individuals of all levels (from trainees to leaders).

Simon is the SVP, Commercial Director, Professional Staffing (UK).
After an early career at the Observer Newspaper. Simon joined The JM Group as the 3rd founding partner. Subsequently, he has gained a wealth of business and recruitment experience across numerous sectors, most notably Technology and Business Change in the Financial Services sector. Information Mgmt. Information Security, Big Data, Data Analytics, E-Commerce, Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure engineering, and renewal are all areas of expertise and interest.
