Job Titles:
- Renewable Energy Heating Engineer
Anand joined Geo Green Power in 2017 and is one of our most experienced Heating Engineers. Anand is one of the first people to contact when needing technical advice and looks after the team on site during heat pump installations and service & maintenance visits.
Before joining Geo Green Power, Anand completed a plumbing and heating apprenticeship and worked for a company fitting kitchens and bathrooms. He then became self-employed working with Severn Trent. Outside of work, Anand enjoys spending time relaxing with his family and playing his favourite video games.
Andrew graduated from the University of Nottingham with a First Class degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and after an initial spell working for a small R+D company, started and ran several high technology companies. One of these companies, AVT, developed the electronic financial trading systems still used by every bank in the world.
Andrew is also the inventor of several key patents relating to secure communications. When Reuters bought AVT in 2002 he ran the Financial Trading Division of Reuters for six years. In 2008 he retired from formal paid employment and learned to sail. From 2009 he has invested his personal money in sustainable energy research and development, with particular interest in renewable energy storage and zero emission fuels.
In 2019 he was appointed Managing Director of GeoPura, a collaboration with Siemens Energy and Siemens Mobility to bring to market and commercialise affordable hydrogen and zero emission fuel based technologies.

- Head of Planning & Applications
Chloe has been with the company for over 6 years and is involved in a variety of areas across our operations. Her main responsibilities involve supporting customers with their planning, DNO and other applications, providing CAD drawings and export metering. Working at Geo Green Power is Chloe's second job after briefly working as a waitress developing her customer service and teamwork skills.
In her spare time Chloe enjoys socialising with friends, going on walks with her partner, visiting historical places and watch several comedy TV programmes.

- Technical & Design Manager
Craig qualified as an electrician in 2009 and is now a senior member of our team overseeing our electrical installations. His role includes surveying, designing and managing the electrical installations for our renewable energy systems.
Craig started working for Geo Green Power in 2011, shortly after the company started. He likes how working for Geo Green Power brings up new and exciting challenges and very innovative ideas and suggestions.
Dan Dean is one of our first Renewable Installers to join Geo Green Power! Dan has an NVQ level 3 in Carpentry and Joinery and as one of the Installation Managers, he's responsible for fitting and overseeing our solar panel and ground source heat pump installs as well as surveying properties for installations.
Outside of work Dan enjoys taking his dog for long walks, playing his Xbox and watching football!
Since joining Geo Green Power in December 2014 Emily has been an integral part of our team as Geo Green Power has grown and expanded. Emily has held a number of different roles and is currently supporting our Accounts Manager with the financial side of our business.
Before Emily decided to work in the renewable energy industry, she worked in a bank agency, gaining valuable experience that she uses to perform her current role. Outside of work, she enjoys spending her time with her young family and partner.
Isaac started his heating business after completing a plumbing and heating apprenticeship. He joined Geo Green Power in 2012 as he was looking to branch out from domestic plumbing installs and gained qualifications in biomass installations shortly after.
The real excitement came when the Renewable Heat Incentive started, and heat pumps became an obsession. Isaac then got a BPEC qualification for heat pumps and merged his business with Geo Green Power in 2016 to focus on heat pump installations.
One of the most exciting projects for Isaac has been working on the design and installation of what was the nation's largest Ground Source Heat Pump installation. In his spare time, you'll find Isaac by the sea, either surfing or walking the coastal path.
James has been with the company for over 10 years acquiring a vast amount of knowledge in renewable energy. James is our main customer contact, and is usually on site meeting with our customers to discuss their projects and ensure that our renewable energy proposals are carefully tailored to their needs.
James oversees our sales, business development and as one of the directors at Geo Green Power, he leads and collaborates with the senior team. Before James decided to focus his work on renewable energy, he briefly embarked on an electrical apprenticeship and shortly after went into Property Sales and Negotiations.
Outside of work James enjoys playing 7 aside football, socialising with his friends and family, going on holidays with his wife and son and has a passion for fine wines.

- Director of Communications and Projects
A History graduate from the University of Leeds, Kat has a background in PR, Marketing and Communications and joined us in March 2019 to head up our marketing activity. Before her move into renewable energy Kat spent 10 years in the hospitality and retail sector, managing change and communications projects for large PLCs.
After establishing our social media channels and online presence, Kat moved across to the operations side of the business to provide maternity cover for our Operations Director and is now Director of Communications and Projects.
When she's not at work Kat is normally outside with her horse or her children!
Kitty is one of Geo Green Power's first employees! Since joining she has been instrumental in ensuring the company delivers a five-star service and has helped develop long-term operational strategies that have supported our success and growth. As part of our senior management team, Kitty ensures that our projects meet our exceptional standards, overseeing purchasing, scheduling and installation. Before working at Geo Green Power, Kitty earned a Degree in Law followed by a Masters in Psychology.
In her spare time Kitty is mum to Jasper, loves to eat, cook and dine with friends, take part in sports of all kinds and has been known to be mad enough to enjoy completing a Tough Mudder or three!
Construction Manager, Luke Sherlock, has been with Geo Green Power for over 7 years. Working with our renewable installers Luke is responsible for any form of construction requirement within our installations. Luke is a qualified joiner and plasterer and before joining Geo Green Power he worked for 8 years at his brother's building company.
Outside of work Luke enjoys playing 5 aside football and his guitar! And he occasionally performs live. He also loves to go on holiday - anywhere hot in the summer and anywhere cold in the winter!
Mark works closely with our renewable electricians and ensures that our installations comply with electrical regulations and that we are continually reviewing our processes and procedures and developing our team.
Before working at Geo Green Power, Mark worked at DND Specialist for 23 years, progressing from an Apprentice Electrician to the Operations Manager. He's achieved an electrical NVQ and a Fibre Optic Engineer with a C&G Fibre Management qualification. In his spare time Mark enjoys taking his dog for walks, spending time with his family and riding his motorbike at multiple locations across the UK.
After achieving a Media Production degree, Michael has gained a variety of experiences within videography, digital marketing and customer service. Before joining Geo Green Power in March 2021, he worked as a Digital Content Creator at a transport logistics business and previously worked as a Duty Manager at a sports bar.
Michael manages all of GGP's marketing activities, including working our social media channels, advertising campaigns and producing graphic design and video content. Outside of work, Michael loves to play football, squash, video games, spend time with his friends and family and binge-watch TV shows and films.
Pauric is a key member of our electrical installation team and has been in the profession for over 9 years, specialising in radar and loop technology for traffic monitoring before joining Geo Green Power in 2019.
In his spare time Pauric likes to travel and go to gigs as much as he can!

- Service & Maintenance Manager
Rob joined Geo Green Power in 2019 as Installation Manager, strengthening our renewable energy team by coordinating our installers onsite, liaising with customers and ordering project materials. He now oversees our busy maintenance and servicing department for both domestic and commercial sites.
Rob's background is groundworks and recent roles include managing branches and looking after large contracts in the plumbing and heating supply industry. Outside of work, Rob loves to spend his time outdoors; he enjoys mountain biking, hiking and running whenever he finds the opportunity.
Rohith joined Geo Green Power in December 2020. Rohith has a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Aston and encountered Renewable Technology during his course, which sparked an interest in the fast-paced and vibrant industry. Before working at Geo Green Power Rohith was a Risk Manager at a vehicle hire company.
Rohith's role includes surveying large commercial sites for solar and heat pump installations. Outside of work, he's an avid badminton player competing regularly in various categories across England.
Sean began his renewable career with us in November 2022 when he joined our surveying team.
Before joining Geo Green Power, he worked at Toyota, learning about business development, renewable technology and the company's carbon neutral plans before taking on senior sales roles within the motor industry.

- Sales & Marketing Administrator
Siobhan joined Geo Green Power in November 2021 as our Sales & Marketing Administrator, her role is to produce quotes, input new sales leads and direct enquiries, so if you call the office, it's likely Siobhan will be the one to answer your call! Having gained various Business Admin and IT qualifications, she took a break from office life and worked with children in daycare and although she loved it, after a couple of years decided to head back to the office and joined us at Geo Green Power.
In her spare time Siobhan enjoys spending time with her family (generally been a taxi service), walks with her dog, listening to music, meeting up with friends and she loves going to concerts!
