Andrew Norman - CEO

Andrew joined the Fairlie Healthcare Group in August 2013, initially working alongside the Director of Nursing as an Independence Healthcare Consultant to improve and develop policies/ procedures, the clinical governance framework and to audit for CQC regulatory compliance as the Group's Operations Director. He was appointed Chief Executive Officer in July 2021. Andrew is a qualified nurse with previous clinical experience in Neuro Rehabilitation and has held various senior positions with other service providers specialising in Neuro Rehab and other long-term neurological conditions. He has Masters degrees in both Health and Social Care Leadership and in Public Health and brings with him a wealth of industry and operational experience and leadership. Joining the group full time in his new role Andrew is excited for the future of the group, despite the many challenges the industry faces at the moment, through compassionate leadership we are confident we can continue to provide excellence in nursing care to our Patients and grow and develop the Group over the coming years.

Ben Payne

Ben joined the Fairlie Healthcare Group in April 2023, as our new Director for Clinical Services. Ben is a qualified Chartered Physiotherapist with experience in both the NHS and private healthcare settings. Ben's clinical interests include critical & respiratory care, oncology, musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation. Ben has qualifications in leadership and management within business administration healthcare. Ben has been involved in maintaining facilities with CQC "Outstanding" rating as well as industry specific accreditations. Ben is excited to join the group to maintain, develop and further enhance the group's profile. Ben believes that the road to recovery is not without its challenges but one that can be achieved with hard work and dedication.

Dr Zuhair Noori

Dr Noori is a senior Consultant in rehabilitation care. He has extensive experience both in direct patient rehabilitation care and in leadership in managing rehabilitation services. He is a member of British and European learned rehabilitation societies. Dr Noori has an excellent team practice working with both high-caliber primary medical colleagues with an interest in rehabilitation and with colleagues specialising in physical, functional, and communication therapies. Within his specialised tailored care, the patient and/or his/her family is at all times at the centre and is always included in fully informed decision-making. In addition to general rehabilitation care, Dr Noori has special expertise in awareness disorder, stiffness, and spasticity and cognitive assessment and therapy. Dr Noori works closely with the management team in maintaining and updating the Centre's standard of care and practices. He said "I am privileged to work in these Specialist Care Centres with their owner and managers are very passionate and determined to employ a high-caliber complimentary team of professionals. They support managers to a very high standard and are highly committed to updating the education of the staff in line with current standards and regulations".

Jamie Clarke

Jamie joined the executive team in 2021 after a spell as the group's financial controller. Jamie is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and has over 5 years' experience in audit. His client portfolio ranged from owner managed and private equity backed enterprises to large multinational listed groups with turnovers exceeding £1.5bn in a range of sectors including healthcare, biotech, and technology. Jamie brings "Big 4" accountancy practice background to the table and his experience of financial best practices, robust financial control, and quality reporting will enable the group to continue to provide outstanding care as it continues on its journey of development and growth into the future.

Leslie Kosovsky

Leslie started her career at the London Fire Brigade, and now has over 20 years' experience in Human Resources management. Before joining Fairlie Healthcare, Leslie was Human Resources Director at the Charterhouse, a Charity and care home based in Central London. She designed the strategy and reviewed the full employee life cycle, focusing on best practice in all areas of Human Resources.

Ruth Moore

Ruth has been with Fairlie Healthcare since January 2018 as the Director of Quality and Clinical Governance. Her first task on joining the company was to create a quality and governance strategy with the intention of providing excellence in nursing and personal care to the patients who make our homes their home. She now has also delegated responsibility for Fire and Health & Safety and Risk. Ruth comes from a Radiology background with over thirty years of experience working in the NHS, private sector and commercially. She was delighted to see Fairlie Healthcare achieve a rating of "Outstanding" at both Homes of which governance plays a vital role and strives to innovate moving forward to better this outcome for all our Patients and Homes including our new home in Banstead.

Suzanne Davey

Suzanne joined Fairlie Healthcare in 1999 as the Registered Manager of Fairlie House. In 2012 she was promoted to the Director of Nursing and has been providing visionary nursing and clinical leadership since. Suzanne was instrumental in establishing the organisation as a leading provider of specialist nursing care for patients with tracheostomies and ventilatory support needs in a nursing home setting. Guided by strong internal values Suzanne has always strived to achieve excellence in nursing and personal care for our patients who have made Fairlie House and Highfield House their home. As a Nurse with many years of experience in Palliative Care Suzanne was particularly proud of the clinical teams at both Fairlie and Highfield who worked on end of life accreditation schemes, and with both Homes achieving an ‘outstanding' rating at their last CQC inspections. Suzanne recognises that none of this would have been possible without the staff teams that the Company employs, yet it is her passion, guidance, and commitment to patients that provide the inspiration and central values of the Company as it strives in its pursuit of excellence.
