Crossroads is a registered charity and not for profit organisation that depends upon a major part of our domiciliary work being obtained through contracts with the Health and Social Services Trusts. In order to meet the needs of the additional project financially, Crossroads receives support from local companies and grant making bodies who are an invaluable resource for funding special projects and meeting some of the needs of carers in Northern Ireland. Many of these companies and grant making bodies are committed to supporting Crossroads' work year after year. Some of the special projects we have obtained funding for from these sources are ; Terminal illness, Life limited children, Alzheimer's/ Dementia, In your Prime project and Young Carers Project... Crossroads Care NI is a voluntary organisation whose sole purpose is to provide as much respite care as possible to carers of whatever age and disability.
