Gary has been involved with both small and large scale housing developments including luxury and refurbishment projects. His day to day duties included appointing sub contractors and procuring building materials. He has recently taken on the role of planning future developments and considering alternative materials and methods of construction.

Karen is the company's Managing Director. She leads and guides all decision making and implementation, including growth and operational strategy, core objectives, as well as business and financial management and planning developments for the group.
In the community, Karen is a member of Carnoustie High School's Developing Young Workforce Steering Group, a former member of the Carnoustie Development Group and Carnoustie Business Improvement District. She is a current Director of the Scottish Building Federation and former President of the SBF Dundee and Angus Association.
Laing House was magnificently restored from a former jute mill into the world headquarters for the D J Laing Group, winning an Angus Council Design Award in 2000. The visually stunning property is at the forefront of Carnoustie and its unique location affords an uninterrupted, commanding view over the Championship Golf Course for staff and visitors to enjoy.
Some of Mike's qualifications include a Scottish Technical Education Council Certificate in Motor Vehicle Engineering, HGV Class CE and various courses from Ford, Iveco, Leyland Dad, Ingersol Rand, Air Drive Solutions, Atlas cranes, Freight Transport Association and the Department for Transport Vehicle Inspectorate.
