Adam Cramer - CEO

Adam is a both a Partner and the CEO of Wilson Wright. As CEO, Adam overseas the direction of the Firm and collaborates with our Partners, Directors, and wider leadership team to bring about and implement positive change for our people and our clients.

Alex Lipman

Job Titles:

Alex joined Wilson Wright in 2014 having obtained his Economics degree from the University of Birmingham, qualifying as a chartered accountant in 2017. During his time at the firm, Alex has developed and maintained numerous client relationships whilst providing services to corporate entities including statutory audits and accounts preparation, corporation tax and advising on R&D tax relief. He has gained particular experience in consumer electronics, children's toys, sports & entertainment, music publishing and property development. Outside of work, Alex is an avid cinema-goer and football fan, visiting the Emirates Stadium as often as possible.

Alison Callahan

Alison started her career working for Thames Water before moving to BDO and EY. She joined Wilson Wright in 1997 as the sole member of the payroll department. Since then she has been instrumental in growing the department and has built up a client portfolio of over 250 clients. Alison specialises in helping clients with all aspects of payroll and auto enrolment compliance. She is a keen traveller and counts visiting Uganda to see the gorillas as a major highlight in her life.

Alison Jaggers

Alison joined the Wilson Wright tax team in 2008 having qualified as a Chartered Tax Adviser in 2002 and after working for ten years in personal tax at a local firm after leaving University. Alison has considerable experience in dealing with all aspects of the Self Assessment system and compliance issues affecting clients. She acts for a wide variety of clients ranging from self-employed persons to high net worth individuals, non-domiciles and trusts. Alison is also experience in providing advice regarding ATED issues and organises ATED compliance at Wilson Wright.

Annabel Saker

Annabel joined the Wilson Wright team in 2023, following her move from New Zealand over to the UK. She has a bachelor's degree in human resource management along with three years of financial services industry experience. Annabel is driven to ensure she is delivering the best service to clients. She also has a keen focus on empowering others to succeed and helping to nurture their professional development. Outside of work, Annabel enjoys travelling across Europe and exploring the best café spots that London has to offer.

Aron Kleiman

Aron joined the firm in October 2021 to head up the Audit and Accounts department having previously worked at Deloitte for 10 years where he trained and qualified as a chartered accountant. Aron has a broad range of experience in audit, working in the UK and internationally with companies, charities, and public sector bodies. He has also been closely involved with designing and delivering training, professional development of staff and driving improvements in audit quality. Aron has previous experience as a school teacher and a Master's degree in Education Studies.

Bhavi Daudia

Bhavi joined Wilson Wright in 2021 and is a member of the Association of Taxation Technician. She brings 13 years' experience of managing the tax affairs of high net worth individuals. She has considerable experience in dealing with all aspects of tax compliance including Self Assessment Tax Returns, tax advisory in addition to HMRC disclosures and enquiries. Bhavi also manages the P11D compliance at Wilson Wright. Away from the office she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

Byron Heard

Byron joined Wilson Wright from C. Hoare & Co. bank. He is passionate about delivering a high-level of customer service to all his clients. Byron has spent over 30 years dealing with a variety of tax and wealth issues both at the bank and with HMRC, relishing the range of tax scenarios he experienced. As a result, he is driven to be in tune with his clients' financial and family circumstances so that he can provide simple and sensible wealth structuring. Byron has dealings with a wide range of clients but has concentrated mostly on independent wealth and the entertainment, literary, public relations and property sectors. He believes that if customer service levels are at the heart of the work, the rest will follow. This will inevitably mean bringing in other experts in various scenarios. He has the skill of being able to see the bigger picture. Outside work Byron loves to spend time with his large family and small dog, in between volunteering at the Science Museum and being awful at golf.

Clare West-Wilson

Clare joined Wilson Wright over 25 years ago, providing administrative support to the team internally. She has recently been promoted to HR Adviser supporting the HR Director where she feels she is making a real difference. Clare has a good understanding of our clients and believes in giving them the very best personal service. Outside of work, Clare has a very busy family life, but always tries to make time for a run or watching a good film.

Craig Nicholson

Craig leads the tax practice at Wilson Wright. His knowledge covers all areas of taxation, enabling him to expertly guide clients through highly technical personal, corporate, and international matters with ease, while offering innovative and commercially-sound solutions. His specific areas of expertise include domestic and international structuring and restructuring for both business and private clients, HMRC dispute resolution, and support to ultra-high-net worth individuals on all aspects of their taxation affairs. He has a further specialism in mergers and acquisitions, having led the tax aspects of countless transactions at all deal price levels and supporting business owners, CFOs and legal tax partners alike. Craig is skilled at translating extremely complicated tax legislation into easily understood language, remembers the most obscure legislation and case law, and works with an honesty that both clients and colleagues respect. Craig is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and the Association of Tax Technicians.

Danielle Dark

Danielle joined the firm in 2023 having previously worked for a Central London accountancy firm for over 9 years within the Private Client Tax team. She is a member of both the Association of Taxation Technicians and the Chartered Institute of Taxation. Danielle has a wide range of private client experience, including but not limited to non-resident and/or non-domiciled individuals, buy-to-let landlords, business owners and high net worth families. She is passionate about providing good client service and developing longstanding relationships with clients. Outside of work, Danielle's main passion is travel (particularly to off-the-beaten-track destinations), and she spent a year travelling the world before joining Wilson Wright.

Deon Van Tonder

Deon joined Wilson Wright in 2015, after spending six years at a top 20 practice in London. He comes from the "rainbow nation" of South Africa. Deon has a wealth of experience in audit, financial reporting and corporation tax. He works closely with clients in a number of different sectors including retail, investment property, software development and manufacturing. He has also advised and conducted financial due diligence on a number of client acquisitions. At home, Deon enjoys the open road with a pair of running shoes or a bike. And when England's weather gets the better of him, then like any true South African he'll settle for watching sport.

Emma Bird

Emma is both an ACA qualified accountant and qualified chartered tax adviser, enabling her to take a holistic and commercial view of tax planning opportunities by understanding the impact planning will have on a company's accounts.

Emma Brown

Emma leads our transaction tax team. She joined Wilson Wright in 2014 and became a partner in April 2019. Emma has a depth of experience of advising entrepreneurs and owner-managed businesses and across a wide range of complex taxation matters relating to both personal and corporate tax. Her expertise includes of corporate reconstructions, M&A, EMI and EIS. Her attention to detail and her ability to explain complex technical matters in a way that people understand, puts clients at ease. She delivers pragmatic commercial advice and ensures that clients' best interests are preserved at all times. Emma sits on the global tax committee of DFK International, reinforcing her strong international links on cross border transactions, and she was a finalist in the 2019 for a prestigious Tolley's Taxation Award. Emma is a member of Chartered Institute of Taxation and the EISA.

Fay Carter

Before joining Wilson Wright in 2022, Fay worked for C. Hoare & Co. bank for 14 years. Fay is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, the Association of Taxation Technicians and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. Her specialisms include high net worth individuals, trusts and estates. Fay enjoys looking after large family groupings of individuals and trusts, and ensures an holistic approach is taken when dealing with her clients' tax affairs. Outside of the office Fay enjoys spending time with her family, singing in a choir, and pilates.

Gary Green

Gary Green joined Wilson Wright in 2018. Gary previously worked for a larger firm based in Kent for over three years. Gary has a wealth of experience in managing corporate clients across a variety of different sectors, including both manufacturing and property, two sectors that Gary considers himself an expert in. Gary prides himself on being able to effectively listen to clients and gain a true understanding of their business needs. Gary's close attention to detail and unique, individually tailored approach allows him to create both efficient and sustainable solutions for his clients. Gary is a member of both the South Africa Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). In his spare time, Gary enjoys watching cricket and golf, as well as travelling.

George Bharat

George joined Wilson Wright in 2023, having previously qualified in both audit and private client tax advisory at Deloitte. George has experience advising both domestic and international private clients on a wide variety of technical issues, ranging from holding and de-enveloping of real estate assets, to tax-efficient succession planning and complex, high-value cross-border transactions. His key area of value-add is in the non-resident and/or non-domiciled space, including pre-immigration tax planning and international asset holding structures and trusts.

Gina Neal

Gina joined Wilson Wright in 2021 as Audit Manager having worked at a previous London firm for over 8 years. She is experienced in Audit and Reporting under UK GAAP and IFRS. Gina has worked with clients in a variety of sectors from small owner managed businesses to large multinational groups. She has wide experience, including reporting to the Solicitors Regulation Authority, private company share valuations, financial due diligence and conversion from US GAAP to IFRS. Gina has a Master's degree in Chemistry from the University of Oxford and enjoys food, travel and learning Spanish in her spare time.

Greig Jardine

Greig joined Wilson Wright from C. Hoare & Co. bank in the summer of 2022. With over 20 years of tax experience at both private banks and accountancy practices, he has a great understanding of the tax needs of his customers. Greig appreciates the importance of building strong relationships with his clients so he can provide the relevant advice to ensure their tax affairs are structured correctly. Whilst Grieg's expertise is with personal taxation, he has also had experience dealing with corporate tax, payrolls and inheritance tax.

Hatice Huseyin

Hatice joined Wilson Wright in 2022, having previously worked for C. Hoare & Co. bank and a big four accountancy firm. She is a member of the Association of Taxation Technicians and has over 30 years' worth of personal tax experience. Her areas of expertise include dealing with ultra high net worth individuals, landlords, the self-employed, and non-domiciled individuals. She assists them in navigating through the complex self-assessment regime. Hatice works diligently to ensure that her clients are kept informed of any changes in the tax legislation which will directly affect them. Her interests include travel, cooking and watching films.

James Dillard

James Doe

James joined Wilson Wright in 2021 and brings 15 years of personal and corporate tax experience from working in mid-tier practices. He is a Fellow of the Association of Tax Technicians and draws on his broad understanding of tax to deliver high level advice to his clients. His specialisms include advising non-domiciled individuals, dealing with residency issues, employee relocations and property businesses. He helps ensure clients are fully compliant with Self Assessment Tax Returns as well as identifying and implementing tax saving strategies. Outside of work James enjoys spending time with his family and visiting places of historical interest.

Jamie Grossman

Jamie joined the Wilson Wright audit team after qualifying with Ernst & Young in 2003. He has been a partner since 2008 and currently heads our business services and outsourcing department. Jamie has a broad experience in all aspects of accounting, auditing, corporation tax and financial management. He has significant experience in property investment and development, sport, leasing, and the arts. Jamie acts for clients ranging from early stage start-ups through to established international groups. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and has an honours degree from the University of Birmingham in accounting and finance.

Jennifer Jones

Jennifer is a Senior Manager in our Tax Risk and Dispute Resolution team, having specialised in this area since 2006. Jennifer has a wealth of experience in handling a range of complex tax investigations and enquiries for both personal and corporate clients such as, investigations under Code of Practice 8 (tax avoidance) and Code of Practice 9 (suspected serious fraud), tax return enquiries and compliance checks. She also advises clients who want to voluntarily disclose tax irregularities to HMRC. In addition to this, Jennifer advises clients on issues relating to tax debt. This includes negotiating Time to Pay Arrangements with HMRC and their use of enforcement powers. Jennifer is CTA qualified and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation.

Jeremy Asher

Jeremy trained and qualified with KPMG and has also worked at firms including EY and BDO. He joined Wilson Wright as an Associate in the audit and accounts department in 2021. He was previously a Partner in a boutique practice in North London, which he helped to grow and so understands the challenges and opportunities of business owners. He strongly believes in keeping in regular communication with his clients so he can identify issues before they arise. Jeremy has extensive knowledge and experience of working with small and medium sized businesses across an array of sectors including recruitment, sport, IT, retail and property.

Jessica McLellan

Jessica specialises in Tax Risk and Dispute Resolution, particularly for High Net Worth Individuals, Trusts and OMBs. Prior to joining Wilson Wright, she has worked as a Disputes Resolution specialist and within HMRC Central Policy. She is also a Chartered Accountant and qualified Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) mediator. Jessica has broad experience across the tax disputes landscape, from proactive tax risk management to complex disclosures, settlement of legacy avoidance schemes and dealing with CoP9 Civil Investigation of Fraud. Her strong understanding of how HMRC works enables clients to obtain certainty and comfort in complex areas, escalation of complex disputes within HMRC and using Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) to resolve protracted cases. Her approach offers an in-depth insight into how to navigate through HMRC's decision-making process and governance to progress matters for clients. Jessica focuses on achieving clear practical solutions to tax disputes within the context of wider client family or commercial considerations.

Karen Spencer-Smith

Having started her career with HMRC over 30 years ago, Karen has a wide breadth of experience in all areas of personal tax, advising both UK based individuals and those with an international background, structuring their taxation affairs and providing proactive advice, to steer clients through complex tax situations. Karen is passionate about impeccable client service and trust is key to her approach. She has built client and third party relationships spanning 20 years and prides herself on providing honest and transparent advice. Giving strategic and practical guidance to non-domiciled clients prior to their arrival in the UK, is a particular area of expertise, as wealthy individuals and their families continually move between tax jurisdictions. Prior to joining Wilson Wright, Karen personally founded and successfully built a boutique city tax business, and brings to the Partnership a blend of commercial and sound tax knowledge, with the ability to put clients at ease. An avid Francophile, Karen is married to Jason, with two children and enjoys spending any spare time with her family and friends in France. She is also a keen cyclist, having completed various charity bikeathons and when time allows, volunteers at St Francis Hospice.

Kate Gott

Kate joined Wilson Wright in 2016, having predominantly worked within the UK's top 10 accounting firms over the previous decade. She is a chartered tax adviser specialising in advising businesses and their owners. She works for a wide range of clients, including companies, LLPs and partnerships. Her areas of expertise include research and development tax credit work, both international and domestic tax efficient structuring, transfer pricing, and due diligence. Kate also has significant experience of working with private equity structures and professional service firms. She works closely with her clients to ensure they keep up to date with their tax compliance obligations and are aware of tax planning opportunities and changes to the tax legislation that may affect them.

Katherine Rose

Katherine combines her technical skills with a strong commitment to providing a high-quality client service to businesses. Katy Cobbold - CHRO

Katy has several years' experience providing a variety of HR services to a broad spectrum of companies, from The Walt Disney Company to Betfair. With a master's degree in human resource management from the University of West London and an industry recognised MCIPD, Katy has the expertise to provide informed, practical HR advice. She helps to drive staff development at Wilson Wright through training and support. She also takes an active part in attracting and recruiting talented new members to the practice. Laura McCall

Laura studied economics at the University of Nottingham. She joined Wilson Wright as an audit and accounts manager in 2019, having qualified as a chartered accountant at her previous firm in 2014. Laura has audit experience in several industries, including sport, film, theatre, manufacturing, legal and financial services. For fun, Laura enjoys eating out, travelling to new countries and is a keen supporter of Tranmere Rovers, attending matches whenever they play teams in the south.

Lee Davy-Martin

Having qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2008 and attained his first partnership position in 2010, Lee is now a successful entrepreneur, business leader and financial confidant to the successful. As a business founder, business owner and entrepreneur himself, he has played crucial roles in the establishment of businesses including, but not limited to; envirotech innovator Polymateria and wealth management firm Mulberry Bow. Lee has a deep understanding of what it takes to ensure a business achieves its full potential owing to his hands-on experience. As an investor, Lee has more than 10 years' experience successfully deploying his own money into diverse businesses including financial, medical and environmental technologies. As a partner in Wilson Wright LLP Chartered Accountants and Business Advisers, Lee plays a crucial role in ensuring that the firm is at the very forefront of the industry as well as delivering significant projects for clients and for the firm itself. Passionate about giving back to business and the wider community, Lee works with entrepreneurs, business leaders and others to bring ideas to reality and help more established businesses deliver for their stakeholders. He is also a thought leader, always searching for opportunities to develop businesses which would bring about a step-change in a market or industry. Lucia McCarthy

Lucia is a Client Relationship Manager and Executive Assistant within the Tax Transactional department. She has over 10 years of experience within the accounting industry, and an excellent knowledge of the sport and media sectors. As a Client Relationship Manager, Lucia plays a pivotal role in supporting clients, particularly those within the football industry, whilst also seamlessly supporting the daily operations of our Senior Tax Partner. Her problem solving and results oriented approach make her an invaluable member of the team.

Magda Guzy

Magda qualified as an ACCA with a top fifteen accountancy firm in London. She joined Wilson Wright in 2012 as a Management Accountant, then moved to be Head of Business Services in 2015 and was promoted to Business Services Director in 2022. Magda loves working with start-ups and established businesses. Her expertise is Management Accounting, Budgeting, Forecasting, VAT and Brexit VAT compliance and Apps cloud solutions. She helps clients to set up the most effective and cost-efficient accounting systems and ensuring the data is properly captured and proper controls are in place. She also runs ad hoc projects to review processes and suggests improvements. Magda has experience in cloud accounting and Apps/Add-on solutions which are available on the market. She works with clients from a variety of industries, including media and entertainment, manufacturing, property investment companies, retail and e-markets and many more. In the spare time she loves running and spending time with her family.

Matt English

Matt qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2018 and joined Wilson Wright in 2019 having previously worked for a firm based in Newcastle. Matt has a range of experience across different industries, including renewable energy, royalties, property, and investments. Matt works on both large and small businesses and is very used to working with some of the larger clients in the firm. Matt has a degree in economics from the University of Birmingham and outside work, he enjoys snowboarding, playing hockey and watching American football.

Melanie Glaves

Melanie joined Wilson Wright in 2015, having previously worked at a niche practice in St James's. She has more than 20 years' experience in personal tax compliance and is a member of the Association of Taxation Technicians. Melanie has considerable experience in dealing with all aspects of the Self Assessment tax system. She acts for a wide variety of clients, ranging from self-employed to high net worth individuals, landlords, partnerships and LLPs. Away from the office she is a lifelong fan of Sheffield United. Her interests include watching all sports, cinema, cooking and travel.

Michael Biggs

Michael thrives on the challenge of working with our clients to fully understand their businesses, their needs and their aspirations. He constantly ensures we work effectively to build long-term relationships and provide a personal service of the highest quality. With over 20 years' experience in audit and accounts, Michael specialises in working with growing owner managed businesses and entrepreneurial clients in both the UK and internationally. He works with businesses across a range of sectors, including property trading/investment, technology/innovation, hotel/leisure, recruitment, professional services and limited company subsidiaries of overseas groups. Away from the office, he is a busy dad and husband. He enjoys the weekends spending as much time as possible with his wife, family and friends, while also trying to improve his golf handicap.

Michael Lerner

Michael joined Wilson Wright in 1975, becoming a partner in 1978 and reaching the position of senior partner in 2013. Although he stepped down in April 2019, he has been central to us becoming one of the City's leading independent firms. He was part of the leadership team that led an internal restructuring and was instrumental in the recruitment of several new partners. Michael has maintained a sizeable portfolio of clients, many of whom he has acted for more than 40 years. Outside of work, Michael enjoys travelling around the world and is also a keen sportsman, often taking to the green to play 18 holes on his days off.

Muriel Pousse

Muriel joined Wilson Wright in 2015 and leads our statutory department. She deals with all aspects of company formations and statutory work. Muriel graduated from the Aix-en-Provence Faculty of Law in France and, after spending a number of years in Russia, moved to the UK in 2001.

Nadeem Kassim

Nadeem joined the firm in 2019. He previously worked for a mid-tier firm based in the city for over 5 years. Nadeem has experience working with an extensive range of corporate and non-corporate clients from self-employed individuals and business start-ups to large multi-million-pound corporate international groups. He has worked with clients across an array of sectors including manufacturing, retail, property and professional services. He also has vast experience dealing with SRA reporting requirements. Nadeem is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Away from work, Nadeem enjoys travelling, watching cricket, playing football and following Manchester United.

Nicola Masters

Nicola joined the firm in May 2020, having previously worked for another accountancy firm in Central London for 8 years, and has a degree in Accounting and Finance. Nicola has a wide range of experience in audit, financial reporting and corporation tax for different sectors including manufacturing, retail, hospitality, private equity, charities and investment property. As well as working in practice, Nicola also spent 2 years of her career working in industry. This has provided her with valuable experience, gaining an insight into the workings of a business, which has enabled her to better understand the needs of her clients. Nicola is focussed on client satisfaction, delivering a quality and personal-led service. She believes that providing clients with the support they need, will enable them to focus their time on growing their business. When time and weather permits, Nicola enjoys walking, kayaking, spending time with family and friends and eating out.

Nikki Crane

Nikki joined Wilson Wright as a trainee and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2008, in 2012 she became a Partner. In her role as joint head of audit she collaborates closely with the team to service the firm's audit clients. Richard Collier

Richard joined Wilson Wright in 2023 and heads up the Firm's VAT offering. He qualified with Arthur Andersen in 1998 and has almost 30 years of experience advising on VAT with the likes of PwC and KPMG, as well as mid-tier firms. He has a wealth of experience advising on a broad range of sectors and clients, ranging from multi-nationals and owner-managed businesses, to individuals. His particular focus is on land and property, the digital economy, corporate transactions, cross-border trade, dispute resolution and complex VAT legal matters. Richard believes in creating positive, pragmatic solutions to VAT issues faced by clients and that correctly managed VAT processes can become an asset of most businesses, rather than a burden.

Richard Pugh

Richard has recently returned to Wilson Wright after an 18-month period living in Australia and working at Deloitte. He originally joined Wilson Wright in 2014, having trained and qualified as a member of the ICAEW at a smaller firm in Guildford, and has an honours degree in Accounting and Finance. Richard has extensive experience across audit, accounts preparation and corporation tax, both in the UK and internationally, and has also carried out due diligence for several client acquisitions. He proactively forms a close working relationship with clients to understand their needs and be best placed to offer advice and support.

Ryan Barker

Ryan takes pride in delivering on time, every time, and has an eye for detail. He likes to plan and get work done to the highest standard under time constraints. Ryan's specialism is payroll. He has a particular interest in automatic enrolment workplace pensions. His role involves managing a portfolio of clients, ranging from single director businesses to complex large multi-employee organisations. After more than a decade working in payroll, he has gained a wealth of knowledge that helps with processing various payroll schemes - for a variety of clients - on a daily basis.

Shani Kamalia - COO

Shani joined the firm in February 2018 and brings over 15 years' experience in leading finance and operation functions. Working within Professional Services sector for most of his career, Shani has worked with mid-tier and Big 4 firms including PWC, BDO & EY. He has a proven track record in financial management and managing operations teams within client driven environments. Being commercially minded, he drives, influences and challenges the business to achieve its financial and operational goals. He provides commercially focused solutions and insight to support the firm's Financial & Operational strategy. At Wilson Wright, Shani is central to the development and implementation of our firm-wide strategy.

Sharlene Rowley

Sharlene joined Wilson Wright in 2024, having spent over a decade advising private clients at Big Four and Top 10 accountancy firms. She specialises in advising High Net Worth individuals and families on all aspects of their tax affairs, with a particular focus on complex international matters such as residence, domicile, and offshore wealth structuring. Sharlene prides herself on forging strong relationships with clients, navigating complex technical matters and finding practical solutions for her clients. She is a member of both the Association of Taxation Technicians and the Chartered Institute of Taxation, and she currently volunteers for both as a member of their joint New Tax Professionals Committee. Outside of work, Sharlene enjoys DIY, city breaks and spending time with her young family.

Tom Tesfay

Tom joined Wilson Wright after completing his accounting and finance degree. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2011 and became a Partner in 2019. Tom supports and advises entrepreneurs and business owners across a range of sectors, from property through to technology and energy. He thrives on building close working relationships and ensuring his clients are successful. Tom's knowledge of corporation tax, specifically on matters such as R&D tax credits, capital allowances, and group reliefs ensure he is continually adding value to his clients. He is known for providing timely advice and insightful management information to help his clients to realise their financial ambitions and business goals.

Warren Baker

Warren joined Wilson Wright in 2001 after qualifying in 1988 with Arthur Andersen in London. Warren has years of experience working with clients from a wide range of industries from around the world, with particular expertise in media, property, and offshore structuring. He is an expert on the issues of inward and outward investment and has worked with many firms helping them to set up operations in the UK and abroad. Warren works closely with entrepreneurs advising them on how to develop and grow their businesses, develop detailed business plans, growth strategies, route maps through to planning exit routes. Warren is our Corporate Finance Partner and carries out corporate advisory work including due diligence, whitewash reports and forensic work. He advises on acquisitions and disposals for clients, ensuring the process runs smoothly. Several of these assignments have been for quoted companies. He is a keen golfer, bridge player and oenophile.
