Since graduating in 1982, Alistair started his career with Morrison Construction and has been a Chartered Structural Engineer and member if the Institution of Structural Engineers since 1991.
Alistair joined the practice in 1998 and has been a SER registered Certifier since the introduction of the scheme in 2005 and has extensive experience in Structural Engineering across all sectors of the industry.

Graham has worked with the practice since graduating from Aberdeen University in 1995, becoming a Chartered Civil Engineer in 2004 and a member of the Institution of Civil Engineers. Having gained a wide range of experience in civil, structural, transportation and CDM services, Graham became a SER registered Certifier in 2009. Graham also is experienced in masterplans and feasibility designs, including transportation and drainage and infrastructure design.
Jon has worked with the practice since graduating from Heriot-Watt University in 1997, becoming a Chartered Structural Engineer in 2011 and a member of the Institution of Structural Engineers. Jon became a SER registered Certifier in 2015 and along the way has gained a wide range of experience in structural engineering, successfully taking designs from conception to completion in all types of major construction materials for projects of all sizes.
Russell started his career with Balfour Beatty Construction in 1997 before moving into consultancy and joining the practise in 2002, becoming a Chartered Civil Engineer and a member if the Institution of Civil Engineers in 2013. Responsible for design, development, and delivery of a wide range of infrastructure projects from feasibility stage through to completion. Russell is also responsible for preparation of Drainage and Flood Risk Assessments for planning applications and masterplan developments.
