Aisling is a solicitor in our employment law team and recognises the importance of prioritising and addressing the needs of every client. She aims to ensure that matters are dealt with efficiently and effectively to get the best result, whilst ensuring her clients are as comfortable with the process as possible.
Aisling is an active member in the Stockport Young Professionals group and is a member of the firm's social committee. In her spare time she is a keen dancer, having studied dance from a young age.

Alexandra is a conveyancing assistant at SAS Daniels' Stockport office. She ensures the conveyancing process is as stress free as possible, by updating clients regularly and making sure they are reassured throughout their transaction.

Amy specialises in private client work. She primarily acts for clients in making Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney. She helps clients plan for the future, considering the most appropriate way to deal with their assets on death taking into account their personal wealth and family circumstances.
Amy also deals with estate administrations.
Amy qualified as a solicitor in 2005 having obtained her degree from Birmingham University and then the College of Law. She worked at a well-respected local law firm before joining the firm in January 2022.
Amy prides herself on bringing a practical, efficient, and caring approach to this area of work.
Andy Booth has been instrumental in developing the group's reputation for excellence in the music industry; he is regularly instructed by leading artists and bands from the Manchester area.

Anita is a partner in the family law team at Macclesfield and has specialised in matrimonial and child law for over 27 years, working in both local and city centre law firms.

Anna is a partner specialising in dispute resolution and commercial litigation. After completing her law degree at the University of Manchester and her LPC at BPP Law School, she spent the first eight years of her career at a Manchester city centre firm, followed by a spell in Altrincham before joining SAS Daniels LLP in 2021.
Advising both individuals and corporate clients on a range of commercial litigation matters, Anna has experience of handling multi-million pound disputes and complex litigation. She regularly handles litigation in the County Court and High Court and has experience of dealing with cases in the Court of Appeal.
Anna is a believer in an outcome-based approach. She ensures that she thoroughly understands the issues which her clients are facing and the outcomes they are seeking to achieve, then offers pragmatic solutions to work towards those goals.
Anna is a legal assistant within the residential property team in Chester.
Anna assists Steph Lyke in residential transactions. She has worked at SAS Daniels since November 2021.
Anna achieved a first class law degree in 2020 and continues to work towards her masters in law. Anna's aim is to gain trust from clients and for them to feel confident in her work from the outset. She communicates well to ensure a firm working relationship from the initial stages through to completion.
Anne works as an administrator as part of our commercial property team based in Stockport.
With over 25 years' experience working in commercial property, Anne provides invaluable support to the team in various capacities to ensure our clients receive an excellent level of service.
Anne graduated with a modern languages and literature degree split across French and Spanish, and has previously worked as a PA for a French corporate bank.

Ashleigh initially joined SAS Daniels as a receptionist in the Congleton office but was soon transferred into the wills and probate department and enrolled as a legal apprentice. After completing her training and qualifying as a paralegal, Ashleigh then enrolled as an apprentice solicitor.
Ashleigh assists with new estate administration work. In her role, she is usually one of the first points of contact following a bereavement. She aims to help simplify the process as much possible at such a difficult time, with a sympathetic and understanding manner.

Ben is a senior associate in the commercial property team based in Chester. He advises and acts for a range of clients from private individuals to corporate bodies and also has experience acting for property developers on land acquisitions and individual plot sales across North Wales and the North West of England.
Ben is an advocate of a practical and common-sense approach based around the clients' individual needs and also believes that communication throughout any type of transaction is key.
Caroline has worked in conveyancing for 10 years and is based in our Stockport office. She aims to put herself in clients' shoes and understand their individual needs, be a reliable point of contact and provide great customer care.

Claire Porter is a partner in our family law team and has extensive experience in dealing with divorce and finance matters, children matters and putting in place agreements to protect individual wealth.

She has considerable expertise when dealing with issues relating to the breakdown of a relationship and has a particular aptitude for resolving financial settlements often featuring property, business interests, pensions, overseas assets, inherited wealth and trusts.
Claire provides support and guidance for parents and other family members involved in negotiating children's living arrangements and financial provision for children at all court levels. She understands that buying and selling property can potentially be a stressful experience and aims to minimise that stress by providing a friendly, professional and understanding service to clients. Elizabeth also believes good communication is essential to every transaction.

Genevieve is a partner in the elderly, care and mental capacity team specialising in legal issues affecting elderly and vulnerable clients.
She is a fully accredited member of Association of Lifetime Lawyers (formerly known as Solicitors for the Elderly) and is treasurer of the Court of Protection Practitioners Association. She sits on the committees for the Macclesfield Law Society and the Staffordshire and Cheshire regional group of Solicitors for the Elderly. Genevieve is also a Trustee for Age UK Cheshire and sits on the Board of Trustees.
Genevieve has extensive training in mental capacity issues and has the softer skills required to put vulnerable clients at ease and ensure that they understand the advice provided.

Georgia is a solicitor in our family law team based in Chester and is a member of Resolution. She is passionate about helping clients navigate legal issues and providing them with the support and empathy required in relation to sensitive family matters.
Having qualified in 2023 Georgia has worked on various cases including separation matters, financial remedy proceedings, private children law matters and domestic abuse injunctions. Georgia has experience of negotiating settlements along with litigation in court.
Georgia completed her LPC and Masters in Law with the University of Law in Chester in 2021 and was awarded with a distinction.
She has volunteered at the Legal Advice Clinic providing advice on a probono basis to clients who could not afford to seek legal advice. She also partook in the ‘Write for Rights' campaign for Amnesty International.
