Amy is often the first point of contact for clients of the employment team. She is a Paralegal in our employment team, having worked previously in the New Enquires team. Amy works with both companies and individual clients and fully understands that for any client, employment issues can be a difficult and emotional time that requires a sensitive and positive approach. In 2022 Amy graduated with a First Class law degree from the University of Lincoln and is currently studying for the Legal Practice Course alongside working as a Paralegal and is due to start her training contract with Wilson Browne in May 2025. In 2023/24, she was elected as Social Media Representative for the Northants and Bucks Junior Law Division Committee.

Catherine Healy

Catherine has returned to Wilson Browne in November 2021 as a Trainee Solicitor in the Corporate & Commercial team. Within her role, Catherine assists individuals and businesses with matters such as, acquisitions, disposals, shareholder agreements and intellectual property cases such as registration of Trademarks. Catherine first joined Wilson Browne in July 2019 when she undertook a placement year as part of her third year of University. During her placement year, Catherine worked within the Clinical Negligence team, assisting clients who have suffered injury or loss as a result of negligent medical treatment. After finishing her placement, Catherine returned to University to complete her Law degree and was pleased to graduate with first class honours in July 2021. Catherine is following the new Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) route to qualification, which incorporates practical experience and formal examinations, which have been introduced to update the traditional LPC and training contract pathway. Catherine is hoping to qualify as a solicitor in November 2023.

Charlotte is a Solicitor and a member of the Legal 500 recognised Wills, Trusts and Estates Team. Charlotte advises on the preparation of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney and the importance of preparing these documents during our lifetime. She also advises clients in relation to Grants of Probate & Letters of Administration when someone has passed away. This will also involve those situations where there is an intestacy when someone passes away without a Will. Charlotte regularly advises clients in relation to the creation and taxation of Trusts. David Farmer

Also being a member of the firm's Trust Team she specialises in the administration and creation of Trusts. Debbie is fully aware that for some clients this may be their first visit to a Law Firm and even for those returning clients she hopes that her friendly approach will put people at ease so that they can go away feeling comfortable and confident with the help and advice that she can provide. One of the most emotional times can be that of losing a loved one and she can be on hand to help and guide clients through the Estate administration process providing as much help and support as may be required. As a specialist in the Trust Team, Debbie will make sure that Trustee clients are regularly updated on all aspects of Trust and tax related matters. During the duration of a Trust ( which can run for many years) she is able to build a close working relationship with clients offering continuity and an in-depth knowledge of matters.
