Previously at Deutsche Bank and Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein before joining KNG in 2016, Dionne is an experienced member of the operational side. She is responsible for the smooth running of KNG's settlements across all asset classes together with risk and exposure reporting, including back/middle office support working closely with KNG's clients and our Model B clearer, Pershing.

Gary Ballard joins us with over 30 years of experience in equity sales, having previously worked at Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and Baring Securities.
Giorgio is Chief Operating Officer at KNG Securities, a position he has held since 2015 and Director of KNG Securities International. He is responsible for the operations, regulatory and day to day running of the company. Prior to joining KNG, Giorgio held Managing Director positions within Capital Markets at both Bank of Montreal and UFJ.

Henrik Ahlstrom joins us to help grow our Nordics desk as we continue to rapidly expand our geographic coverage.
Henrik has over twenty years of experience working in fixed income debt. His previous position was as Institutional Credit Sales Director at HSBC for sixteen years, where he held responsibility for the entire Nordic region. Prior to this, he spent six years at Handelsbanken.
Henrik's appointment is the latest of recent hires focused on KNG's strategic expansion. These recent hires include Head of EM Sales Fernando Ortega, Latin America specialists Christian Laloe and Bruno Gennari, Turkish fixed income expert Cagri Kutman and CIS expert Igor Nartov.

Michele is the Global Head of Legal Affairs of KNG Group and Compliance & AML officer of KNG Securities International.
Michele joined KNG Securities in 2017. Michele is an Italian lawyer admitted to the Bar of Milan with previous experience in the Banking and Finance Department of BonelliErede and in the International Capital Markets Department of Allen & Overy. Through his previous employments Michele gained a wide experience providing legal assistance to corporate issuers and banks in relation to loans, securitisations, corporate bond issuances, domestic bonds, Eurobonds, subordinated bonds, certificates, covered warrants, liability management transactions and IPOs. Michele holds a degree in Law Summa cum Laude from the LUISS University of Rome.
