Job Titles:
- Spiritual Officer and Youth Forum Coordinator
Aaron works alongside the Spiritual Team to write and develop the annual Scripture Course and other spiritual resources eg. prayer spaces in a box and WALK WITH ME a new mentoring scheme. Aaron also organises the Creative Bible Teaching Workshops along with leaders' worship events and prayer gatherings. Alongside supporting and engaging with our young women through the GBNI Youth Forum.
Ann provides effective support to the membership through the processing of online orders, serving customers, stocktaking, alongside other duties.
Claire is responsible for the overall management of the GBNI shop and online service. Claire's role includes sourcing all products for the shop, working closely with our suppliers, quality control and pricing, stock control, updating the online shop with new products each year and managing shop staff; alongside packing orders, counting stock, moving stock and measuring garments.
Debbie provides a comprehensive financial and book-keeping service for the organisation. This involves supplier and customer invoices, bank payments and reconciliations, preparing quarterly and annual management reports, tax returns, payroll, expenses and mileage claims.

- Corporate Services Coordinator
Debra primarily assists in governance and HR duties, providing administrative support for the National Secretary and GBNI Board of Trustees and acting as PA for the GB President. She also assists the Finance Manager. Debra's role within HR includes drafting policies, staff training, holidays and sickness and any other tasks related to the staff team.
Emma works alongside the Queen's Award Team supporting girls and their leaders as they undertake the elements of the Award programme. Emma also facilitates the Programme Team to plan and develop different resources to support leaders in delivering all levels of badge work in GB.
Gail supports the GBNI Executive Team to fulfil its responsibilities in the governance of GBNI; whilst working with both the GBNI Board of Trustees and GBNI Teams to develop our services, programmes and activities that benefit GB members across Northern Ireland.
Gail is responsible for leading the GBHQ staff and overseeing Finance, HR and all operational matters of GBHQ and being the GBNI Deputy Child Protection Officer.

Jillian works alongside the PE Team to organise and develop GBNI PE competitions. Jillian also works alongside the Activities Team to organise and develop GBNI sport and craft competitions, and other non-competitive events.
Leeanne is responsible for ensuring a comprehensive administrative service is delivered across the organisation. With focus on health and safety, data protection and website management.
Margaret's role entails serving and answering queries from the GB membership by email, phone and face-to-face. Margaret also deals with online orders; liaise with suppliers with made-to-order items; passing invoices for payment; and helping to count and check new stock.
Martha works alongside the Training Team to plan, source and deliver a variety of training to equip our new and existing volunteers. Martha also works alongside the DofE Team helping GB companies offer the worthwhile DofE Award Scheme to our girls.
Michele provides effective support to the membership through the processing of online orders, serving customers, stocktaking, alongside other duties.
Ruth is responsible for the overall social media campaign for GBNI and provides efficient administrative support to the membership and staff team
