George Watson developed the Morton Vapour Heated Bain Marie which is still made today and is ideally suitable for all day food operations, and for marine applications. He was in demand by the Offshore Sector and then in the 1990's the Company was introduced to Caledonian MacBrayne Ferries and during that decade put new Self Service Counters on to eight of their major vessels, and supported them with Service and Equipment sales, and the Design and production of menus, price lists and signage.
