Jo has over 10 years' experience in marketing and business development. She's worked for firms such as Balfour Beatty, Primark and Gillian Kyle, an independent Scottish designer. Throughout her career, she's gained experience in B2C and B2B marketing and communications on both agenc y and client side.
In her day-to-day role at Whitewall, Jo manages the marketing team and ensures they have the tools and support to carry out their job. She uses her unrivalled project management skills to ensure that projects remain on track and within budget for our clients, adding creativity and value wherever possible. Jo is also responsible for making sure all our sums add up - whether it's with invoicing or cash flow. She's a busy bee, our Jo!
A highlight of working at Whitewall for Jo is the endless lunch inspiration. You'll usually find her exploring local Glasgow eateries and mar king them out of 10 for tastiness!

Lara has over 20 years' experience working in the creative industry. She believes the staple ingredient in all projects is the creative idea. Whether it's local or national, a well-targeted campaign can provide the foundation on which to build your product or service.
Lara is responsible for ensuring the smooth day to day running of our busy design studio and that all creative and artwork is produced to the highest standard. She also brings a certain calmness to the team.

Mark has been a designer for more than 20 years, honing his skills at various Glasgow agencies during that time. He can turn his hand to anything from web design and custom-built emails to logo design, concepts and animation.
A talented illustrator, Mark is our go-to for unique hand-drawn illustrations, detailed maps, superb skylines and the odd humorous birthday card. He's also responsible for a few sneaky doodles hidden around the office.
When he's not drawing maps and landmarks, you'll find him in our break-out area strumming his guitar for inspiration, or on stage at a local venue with his band, The G33s.
Rachel has been working at Whitewall since 2016 and brings experience from both agency side and in-hous e. She's now a member of the marketing team at Whitewall.
In her day-to-day role, Rachel manages marketing activities for various clients, helping them to plan the perfect event from start to finish. She's often out and about visiting clients and getting stuck in to everything from project management to social media content.
A calm and reliable presence in the office, Rachel's creativity means she's full of ideas for interactive campaigns and seasonal events which are always a hit with clients and their audience s. She's always on hand to take care of last-minute surprises and has been known to source a Santa or two at short notice!

Susan has over 25 years' experience working in advertising production. Susan has been involved in press and POS advertising for retail clients like Arnold Clark and Scottish Power, as well as TV and radio adverts for high-profile clients like Baxters and Unilever.
Susan has a thorough knowledge of digital and lithographic reproduction and print and can regularly be found getting to grips with a meaty signage project. She's our in-house expert on all things signage and is often on the road performing audits of client wayfinding and signage.
Working within the design team, Susan is responsible for ensuring we consistently deliver work to the highest standard, on time and on budget.
Susan Cresswell is the Managing Director at Whitewall Marketing. Sus ie is involved in the day-to-day development of the company as well as overseeing the marketing, digital and design teams.
Having worked for some of the UK's leading property developers such as Land Securities and Capital & Regional, Susie is an accomplished professional in the field of Retail Marketing. She works directly with Whitewall's clients to ensure projects are delivered to expectation - on time and on budget.
