Alessandra Bertoni is a Vice President at AGC Equity Partners. Ms. Bertoni has has extensive experience in real estate private equity as well as in investment banking. Prior to joining AGC Equity Partners, Ms. Bertoni worked as an associate at Brookfield Asset Management within the Real Estate investment team in London for 5 years, where she was involved in analysing real estate value-add investment opportunities across various property types. Previously, she was held various positions in the investment bank space at Arma Partners, Lazard and Rothschild. Ms. Bertoni holds a M.SC in Business Administration and Corporate Finance from Bocconi University in Italy

Anton Bischof

Anton Bischof is an Executive Director at AGC Equity Partners and has strong experience in M&A and Corporate Finance. Previously, Mr. Bischof was an Associate at Barclays Investment Bank in London in the Global Industrials Group where he focused on M&A, equity and debt transactions in the Automotive, Diversified Industrials, Construction, Logistics and Services sectors. In 2008, Mr. Bischof started his career at Citigroup, London, where he spent two years in the Global Industrials Group within the Investment Banking division. Previously, Mr. Talbot worked in Investment Banking at Credit Suisse in London in the Global Industrials Group where he focused on M&A, equity and debt transactions in the Automotive, Chemicals, Diversified Industrials, Infrastructure and Services sectors. Mr. Talbot commenced his career at Credit Suisse, Australia, where he worked in the Metals and Mining and the Infrastructure and Utilities teams within the Investment Banking division. Mr. Talbot holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) and Bachelor of Economics from the University of Queensland, Australia.

Jack Bates

Jack Bates is an Executive Director at AGC Equity Partners. Mr Bates has over ten years of experience within investment banking and corporate finance. Prior to joining AGC Equity Partners, Mr. Bates worked in the M&A team at Liberty Global, the world's largest international TV and broadband company. Mr. Bates started his career at UBS where he spent over two years in the M&A team working across multiple sectors including Consumer, Infrastructure, Financial Institutions as well as Metals and Mining. Mr. Bates holds a BSc (Hons) in MORSE (Mathematics, Operational Research, Statistics and Economics) from the University of Warwick.

Karolis Stasinskas - VP

Mr. Stasinskas has over seven years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance and private equity. Prior to joining AGC Equity Partners, Mr. Stasinskas worked as Vice President at Aprirose responsible for sourcing, executing and structuring direct investments and asset-backed corporate investments across a wide range of UK real estate sectors including offices, residential, retail, industrial, and logistics. Prior, Mr. Stasinskas worked at China Vanke, one of the world's largest real estate investment and development companies, underwriting and executing its UK strategy. Mr. Stašinskas started his career in the UK Investment Banking team at Credit Suisse in London focusing on M&A, IPOs and capital raisings across multiple sectors. Mr. Stasinskas holds a B.A. (Hons) in Economics, MPhil in Economics Research and M.A. from Trinity College at the University of Cambridge.

Khalil Amiouni

Mr. Amiouni has over 30 years of placement experience after founding a leading placement agent in 2002. Previously Mr. Amiouni was a private banker for Merrill Lynch in Bahrain where he was ranked first in asset gathering in the Middle East. Previously Mr. Souviron was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley joining the New York office in ‘88 before moving to London in 1992. From 2006 to 2009 prior to the inception of AGC Mr. Souviron was a Managing Director of SUN Group, the private equity arm of a family office investment company. Mr Souviron holds an M.B.A. in Finance and a B.S. in Engineering from Columbia University.

Magnus Valeberg - Managing Director

Mr. Valeberg has a depth of vessel acquisitions and chartering expertise, having worked at leading Norwegian shipping institutions for 10 years before joining AGC Equity Partners in 2014. Prior to joining AGC Equity Partners, Mr. Valeberg served as Senior Vice President, responsible for sale and purchase projects and chartering, at SFL Corporation Ltd, recognised as one of the leading global maritime leasing companies. Mr. Valeberg served as both Vice President and Analyst for project development, financing and investor relations at SFL Corporation Ltd. Mr. Valeberg started his career at DNV GL where he worked within advisory services and risk assessments.

Najib Canaan

Najib Canaan is the New York based US Operating Partner at AGC Equity Partners. Mr. Canaan has over 30 years of investment experience. Previously, Mr. Canaan was the CEO of Kingswood US Holdings, an international wealth management platform and the founder and CIO of Marinus Capital Advisor, an alternative investment management firm. Mr. Canaan was Managing Director and Head of Structured Finance at GSO Capital, a Blackstone Group affiliate. Mr. Canaan was Executive Managing Director and Co-Head of International Markets at Nomura Securities International (2003-2006) and Co-Head of Fixed Income (Europe) for Nomura International PLC (2001-2003). Prior to Nomura, Mr. Canaan was a Principal and Managing Director at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Mr. Canaan has served as an Executive Board Member of The Bond Market Association (now SIFMA).

Sachin Gupta - Managing Director

Mr. Mouhamou is a trained engineer from École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées in Paris, one of the French Grandes Écoles, where he received a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Innovation and Industrial Engineering.

Walid Abu-Suud

Walid Abu-Suud is the Co-CEO of AGC Equity Partners. Mr. Abu-Suud has over 30 years of investment experience. Previously Mr. Abu-Suud spent 18 years managing investments with the Kuwait Investment Office where he was responsible for managing half of KIO's AUM's and all of KIO's fixed income portfolio. Mr Abu-Suud spent 10 years as a director of St. Martin Property Investment which owned over 100 prime commercial properties in the UK and continental Europe. Prior to this he worked in equity research at JP Morgan. Mr. Abu-Suud has an M.B.A from Wharton (1988) and B.A. in Economics from Harvard (1984).
