Audrey Clemenger-James - CFO

Audrey attended Rosary College, Dublin and later Rathmines Business College, Dublin gaining her Accountant Technician qualification. She moved to Wales in 1994 and having worked for a large Motor Group nationally for 13 years in the UK, she joined our team in August 2007 as our Finance Manager. Very quickly Audrey proved her vast knowledge of finance, accounting and business management practices, streamlining the finance & accounting function to suit the ever changing needs of our business. Audrey was appointed to her current role as Finance Director in September 2015. She is responsible for the entire finance, accounting & HR function of Brinsons.

Beverly Williams

  • Commercial Surveyor ( Associate )
Beverly is a Chartered Surveyor who began working at Brinsons in 2009. Originally from West Wales, Beverly was educated at Sir Thomas Picton Secondary School in Haverfordwest and then attended University West Of England, Bristol to study Property Management and Investment. Based in the Caerphilly office, Beverly focuses on commercial agency work with particular specialism in the office rental market.

Daniel Jones - Chief Commercial Officer

Job Titles:
  • Commercial Director
Daniel joined Brinsons in 2010 and subsequently completed a BSc in Real Estate Appraisal and Management and an MSc in Project Management, graduating in 2011 and 2013 respectively. After a further two years completing the Assessment of Professional Competence, he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2016, to become a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Daniel covers all aspects of property management and commercial agency work with a primary focus on the industrial sector. Daniel hails from the Caerphilly area which affords him plenty of local knowledge which is essential in dealing with commercial property.

Emily Wilson

Job Titles:
  • Property Administrator
Emily graduated from Swansea University with a 2:1 degree in English Language and worked in education until she joined Brinsons in 2017. Emily has worked in all our property departments gaining experience and Emily is looking forward to developing her knowledge and understanding of the commercial industry.

Jodie Clayton

Job Titles:
  • Commercial Surveyor ( Associate )
Jodie attended the University of Glamorgan where she studied a degree in Property Management and Valuation. Graduating in 2003, Jodie joined Brinsons just three days later! Jodie went on to qualify as a Chartered Surveyor in 2005 and now focuses on commercial work within the firm including Valuations, Landlord and Tenant, Property Management and Rating. Jodie is currently on maternity leave.

Matthew Thorne

Job Titles:
  • Lettings & Management Co - Ordinator
Matthew joined Brinsons in March 2018 and brings with him over 7 years experience in Residential Lettings and management. Having previously managed a Residential Lettings department in Cardiff, Matthew has a broad understanding of the rental sector and he contributed in launching a Sales department before joining the team at Brinsons. Born and raised in Caerphilly, he has extensive local knowledge of Caerphilly and the surrounding areas. Matthew is Rent Smart Wales accredited and is close to completing his MARLA qualification.

Michael Griffin

Job Titles:
  • Residential Sales Consultant
Michael graduated from the University of Wales, Cardiff in 1978 with an honours degree in Law and Politics, Michael joined the firm in 1980 and at the end of December 2014 retired as a Director although continues to work as a Consultant on a part time basis offering to the team his wealth of experience and sales expertise. Michael is Rent Smart Wales accredited.

Mr Roderick Brinson

Mr Roderick Brinson, grandson of Evan, took over as sole Principal and immediately set about modernising the practice. With the farmland in and around Caerphilly being increasingly developed as housing estate, business parks and industrial estates, Brinsons became more focused on residential estate agency, lettings, professional services and commercial property consultancy.

Tony Jones

Trevor Isaac - Managing Director

Job Titles:
  • Managing Director
Trevor graduated in 1988 from the University of Glamorgan with a degree in Urban Estate Management and subsequently obtained Chartered membership of the RICS in 1991. He first worked with Henry Butcher & Co in Bristol and then moved to Cooke and Arkwright in Cardiff for a short period before eventually joining Brinsons in 1993. Initially employed as a Commercial Manager, Trevor became an equity partner in 2001 and, after incorporation in 2008, the Managing Director. With over 25 years of experience coupled with extensive local knowledge of the residential and commercial property sectors, Trevor is well placed running the business. Trevor is an Ambassador for Velindre Cancer Charity and an active fundraiser.

Trudy Bennett

Job Titles:
  • Showroom Manager
Trudy joined the team in March 2016, as an Administrator. Originally from Ebbw Vale, she attended Glyncoed Secondary School and continued her education at Crosskeys College. Trudy has worked within our Sales, Lettings and Commercial departments assisting with Property Management and in July 2020 Trudy was promoted to Showroom Manager.

Zac Summerhayes

Job Titles:
  • Sales Negotiator
Zac joined Brinsons during the Summer of 2019. Originally from Cardiff, Zac was educated in Cowbridge Comprehensive School and graduated from Cardiff Metropolitan University, with a degree in Sports Development. Zac is looking forward to gaining more experience in the property industry by joining our Residential Sales Department as a Property Negotiator.
