Paul has mastered the work-life balance. 10 years in the army and a near-fatal bout of Meningo-Encephalitis in 2002 that left him with chronic permanent migraine - taught Paul (and Lisa - although someone still has to do the work!) that life was too short not to live it on your terms. A practical joker, gregarious person and general disruptive influence in the office - we like it when he is out at golf!
