We started Mavericks 25 years ago in March 1999. We wanted the salon to be different, to bring a city style salon into Alcester, we have experimented with many things, a coffee bar area, an piercing studio, we even had our own boutique in the salon... LEVEL 3 BEAUTY THERAPIST REQUIRED- Due to Mavericks Beauty expansion, we are now recruiting for a Level 3 Beauty Therapist... As you are all fully aware, our costs have been going up and up, we have made allowance for this, whilst maintaining our high standards of hair, beauty and customer service. But over the last few month, we have been hit by an increasing number of guests not arriving for their appointments, this gives us a loss in turnover,, as we still need to pay stylist wages when guest do not arrive. So as of February, we need to take control of this, and like most businesses that operate a appointment system for example restaurants, we will be introducing a deposit system on all appointments of £10 per appointment...
