Business partner, since Mick's retirement, Graham now runs the day to day side of the business with his nephew (and Mick's son) Matthew. Artisan, a highly skilled carpenter & qualified craftsman decorator who has been with the firm since 1985. Mick's brother Graham play's a crucial and pivotal role in the day to day running of the business. Grahams skills are invaluable and fundamental to the success of the business.

Meet our new apprentice Kai. After leaving a local Aylesbury secondary school at 16, Kai went on to successfully complete a two year, full time multi trade course at Buckinghashire College Group, before joining our team, the training included, carpentry, decorating and building maintenance. Kia will complete a further two years training programme as an ‘improver', before he can officially become a fully bound member of the ‘brotherhood of the brush'.

In 2024 Karl celebrates his 25th work anniversary. Karl a fully qualified craftsmen decorator. Karl started with the firm in 1999 and successfully completed his City & Guilds apprenticeship whilst in our employment. Karl is a devoted family man, a larger than life character, his smile and infectious laugh makes his very popular with workmates and clients alike.

Business partner, since Mick's retirement Matt now runs the day to day side of the business with his uncle (and Mick's brother) Graham. Matt started his apprenticeship in 2011 at the age of just 16. He successfully completed a 3 year Maintenance Ops apprenticeship at the Oxford Campus. In 2014 he gained his City & Guilds qualifications. Matt a keen golfer is fully qualified in painting, decorating and building maintenance. Through his hard work, dedication and commitment Matt has worked his way up the Management ‘ladder', which adds further proof of our successful commitment of training young people.

In 2021 Sheridan celebrated his 25 year work anniversary. Qualified craftsman decorator, Sheridan has been with the firm since 1996. He successfully completed his City & Guilds whilst in this employment. Sheridan is a hard working and devoted employee and is an expert in wallpaper hanging.
