Preeti was absolutely incredible from start to finish when we bought our first home. We were kept informed but not... bombarded with information we could do nothing with, she was always on hand to resolve any issues we had (including getting changed done with the developer when we were told it would be impossible) and she made sure everything ran on time, even when delays happened elsewhere. Simply outstanding service provided by Preeti. She was never too busy to answer any questions I had and there was clear... communication at all stages of the process.
