Mark studied Musical Instrument Technology at the London Guildhall University, specialising in piano. Having finished top of his class, Mark had the opportunity to choose his future work placements in order to further his knowledge in the different aspects of piano building, restoration and maintenance.
Mark has been tuning and repairing pianos since 2002. Now with a well established customer base, varying from concert venues to schools / universities or even the next door neighbour, we endeavour to provide the same service to all of our clients.
Mark has been fortunate to prepare custom build pianos for professional musicians, as well as tuning their instruments ready for touring. He has worked with some of the most skilled piano technicians in the world, visited the largest existing piano factories in Germany and Japan and worked with Kemble pianos.
Trusted by major piano suppliers and restorers up and down the country, Mark has the skills and experience needed to bring your piano back to life. Who better to service, tune and maintain your instrument?
With a very busy workshop and showroom to manage, Mark spends his free time performing in two functions bands with his beloved Saxophone.

Rebecca has a strong background in customer service, administration and small business accounting. Over the years she has gained experience working for large businesses in the Bristol area, as well as running smaller businesses.
At Abbey Piano Services, Rebecca manages the smooth running of the office, takes bookings, manages communications and keeps the accounts.
Rebecca's growing knowledge of pianos and experience with piano servicing, piano action stripping, maintenance and rebuilding makes her the ideal person for advising customers and providing the best service possible.
In addition to her helping in the workshop, she is the only qualified female PianoDisc installer in the work, not to mention a piano mover extraordinaire !!!
In Rebecca's spare time she sings in a function band and can be seen front of stage at various locations around the area.
