Ben began his career recruiting IT specialists into the capital markets. From there he honed and refined those skills, joining Hanson Lee in 2017.
From devising sourcing strategies for specialist skills, leading talent acquisition, interview preparation and on-boarding, he has been instrumental in helping our key accounts grow their businesses.
Although schooled in the UK, Ben is Portuguese and a passionate Benfica FC supporter.
As founder, Lee has 14 years' experience helping City based insurers and software providers recruit the markets' best talent. Passionate about having a business that earns its reputation of success for both clients and candidates.
