Simon has a degree in Banking & Finance from Loughborough University and qualified with Ernst & Young before joining their Mergers & Aquisitions team in London. After periods at a specialist London Mergers & Aquisitions boutique and Baker Tilly in the South of England, Simon founded Imperium Corporate Finance in 2009. Simon is a keen skier and fanatical tennis player, but will happily turn his hand to other sports when challenged. He is married with two young children.

After graduating from Oxford, Will qualified as a Chartered Accountant and worked with Simon at Baker Tilly, before joining Ernst & Young and Grant Thornton Corporate Finance in Australia. Will is a keen cricketer and general sports fan, and he is also a qualified surf lifesaver. He is married with a young son.
