Chris is a highly experienced senior project manager with a diverse background in project management across a range of sectors. Specialising in working on complex new build and refurbishment schemes, delivering intricate, fast track projects for a wide range of clients.
David is a founding director of Francis Hunter, setting up the business in 2009 after over 20 years as a partner and principal in a successful project management business.
Working exclusively in the private sector for predominantly developer and institutional bodies, David has established a dedicated following amongst his regular clients with a reputation for delivering projects on time and budget within a collaborative team framework.
David brings more than 35 years' industry experience providing professional services to most of the mainstream property institutions in the UK. He was co-founder and chief executive of CNP before he helped launch Paragon Building Consultancy in 2009.
David is an experienced senior project manager with a diverse background in project management across a range of sectors and locations within London, regionally in the UK and also further afield. He has over 20 years' experience and has been responsible for managing construction projects from feasibility to occupation.

Farid is an experienced construction project manager with a proven track record in leading successful regional businesses for major construction companies. Farid's strengths in forming strong relationships with major clients has paved the way to deliver the most complicated projects in congested city centres, even during recessions.

Luke is an experienced project manager who has worked both consultant and developer side, across a diverse range of sectors. Delivering projects across Europe, Luke has experience working on fast track refurbishment projects, as well as major complex new build and cut and carve schemes. He has been responsible for managing the development process from initial viability and feasibility right through to client handover. This includes managing multiple stakeholders and third-parties to ensure a well briefed and co-ordinated project.
Luke has over 15 years' experience in delivering complex construction and fitout projects from start to finish. Luke has significant design management skills and has been integral in developing and driving forward complex and technical design phases on projects.

Matt is a founding director of Francis Hunter, setting up the business in 2009. Previously he was a managing partner of the UK's largest design and build company. With first-hand construction expertise from a 10-year period with AMEC, and four years with property advisors St Quintin, Matt brings a wealth of experience to the occupier project management world.

Nancy has an architectural background with more than 4 years of experience in project management and the delivery of various Cat A and B fitout projects. She has delivered fitout projects of different sizes and complexity ranging from 3,000 to 300,000+ sqft.
Simon is a committed and focused professional with over 20 years' experience with both in-house facilities departments & commercial workplace companies.

Suzanne joined Francis Hunter as the office manager in 2009, handling all aspects of office and project administration. She came to us from a large architecture practice so has worked in the construction industry for over 10 years.

Zoe joined Francis Hunter as Project Appointment Coordinator to coordinate consultant Appointments across all projects. She has had a "mosaic" career, having qualified and practised as a solicitor with Pinsent Masons in Birmingham and London.
