Hannah Cahalane

I completed my law degree at the University of East Anglia in 2019 and completed my Masters degree at Cardiff University in 2020. Following this, I worked as a Family Law paralegal at high street firms in Port Talbot and Newport before commencing my Training Contract during which I gained further experience in Family Law, Conveyancing and Wills and Probate. I qualified as a solicitor in March 2024 and joined RLE Law.

Jessica Wicks

I am currently working as a Solicitor in the probate department. I qualified as a Solicitor in 2023. Since completing my Law degree, Master's degree and Legal Practice Course in 2018 I have worked as a Paralegal and Trainee Solicitor in firms in Cardiff, undertaking a variety of work including Wills, Probate and Estate Administration, Commercial Property and Residential Conveyancing.

I joined RLE Law in 2015 and am a Legal Assistant in the Wills and Probate department. My role is to support the fee earners in the department. Prior to working at RLE Law I studied Law at the University of the West of England. I like to spend my free time with my son. I am also an avid reader and I enjoy going to the theatre.

Victoria Jones

I am the Head of the Family Department, having worked for many years at a senior level in local firms in South Wales. I have a wealth of experience within all areas of Family Law. I am an accredited member of the Law Society's Children Law Panel. I carry out complex Children Law cases with experience of representing both parents and children via their Guardians. I carry out my own advocacy at all stages of proceedings. I pride myself on offering a firm, dynamic, yet friendly approach to my cases. Doing the very best for my clients is always paramount to me. I am a seasoned practitioner in both disputes in relation to private child arrangements but also cases where social services are involved with the family giving rise to Care Proceedings. I also regularly represent clients at pre-proceedings meetings with social services, known as PLOs. Additionally, I hold many years' experience of working with cases involving Domestic Abuse and have worked in partnership with various Domestic Abuse support organisations throughout South Wales. This has included me acting in handling a large number of application for Non-Molestation Orders and Occupations Orders, both for and against the orders.
