Julie Davis joined LCF Residential in May 2013 to lead the team. She brings to the firm years of experience of working in the residential property field.
A residential property transaction is a personal and emotional transaction and Julie's team ensure that there is a happy conclusion.
Julie Davis was recognised as a lawyer "who has made a major contribution to the success of their practice" when she was deservedly awarded the Modern Law Awards - Lawyer of the Year.

Senior Associate Liz Webster qualified as a solicitor in 2007 and has over 24 years of experience in dealing with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new build purchases and plot sales, transfers of equity and remortgages.
One of Liz's strengths is her knowledge and experience of Sharia compliant Islamic funding in residential and commercial property purchases, where LCF Residential is one of the go-to firms in Yorkshire in this specialised area.
Liz also works closely with new homes developers where LCF Residential are chosen to act for and support the buyers of their homes.
Liz is a safe pair of hands, well respected and highly experienced in ensuring successful outcomes for her clients.

Lynn Wilkinson qualified as a solicitor in 2001 and has been helping people move home ever since. Lynn leads up our Harrogate residential conveyancing team.
Lynn advises in all areas of residential property, including sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, leases and shared ownership.
Her strengths include her commitment to providing excellent customer support to every client
Paul is a director of LCF Residential and the firm's reporting officer for CQS (the Law Society's Conveyancing Quality Standard)
Paul has been undertaking property work both commercial and residential for large organisations, builders and developers as well as individuals over more years than he cares to remember.

Sarah qualified as a Solicitor in 2008. She has worked in Residential Conveyancing since she qualified
Sarah has been working in Residential Conveyancing since 2010.
As a conveyancing executive, Sarah is experienced in dealing with the legalities of Residential Leasehold and Freehold transactions. Sarah also specialises in dealing with Probate Estate sales

Tracey is a licensed conveyancer based in our Ilkley office. Tracey undertakes transactions dealing with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new build purchases and plot sales, transfers of equity and remortgages.
Victoria Marcus qualified as a solicitor in 2007. Victoria leads up our Leeds residential conveyancing team.
Victoria advises in all aspects of residential property including freehold and leasehold matters, new build purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages and Right to Buy purchases.
