With a background in technology and marketing, Ed joined the family business in 2021. I look after all things marketing and product here at GroupAccommodation.com. We're always looking for new and interesting ways to bring holidaymakers to the site through our SEO, social media, PR and more. I work closely with owners to ensure that they're property is maximising it's potential via our marketing efforts.

Esther joined us in 2008 and looks after our accounting and owner operations. My role is to keep the structure of the business and accounting systems running smoothly. Naomi joined us in 2012 to look after our owners, helping them to structure content, review photography and enhance their presence on the site.

Richard joined us in 2006. Richard's eye for detail and customer care are legendary. Talking to owners from many backgrounds with differing properties and listening to stories about how the businesses were established is fascinating. Ruth and I work with owners across the spectrum exposing them to the groups they like to host, from families and friends, to couples, hens and stags, school, wedding or business groups. The reward comes in getting to know an owner and generating a high level of enquiries.

Ruth joined us on the sales team in 2022, helping to bring more owners to the website. I love working with owners to help them make the most of our platform and audience. Gaining an understanding of the types of groups owners are looking to attract is key to us building a strong partnership and generating lots of enquiries. I enjoy sharing my industry experience with owners, having worked in both the hotel world and as the commercial manager at a group accommodation venue and activity centre in South Wales prior to joining the GroupAccommodation.com team.
