OpenRiskNet is a Horizon 2020 project funded by the European Union which started in December 2016. It aims to provide e-infrastructure to support chemical risk assessment in areas like predictive toxicology and nanoparticles. Informatics Matters is one of the 11 project partners and is playing a key part in setting up this infrastructure with the Squonk Platform being adapted to form a key part of this infrastructure... We provide software solutions and consultancy to the life science sector including biotech and pharmaceutical companies using technologies such as Java, Python, Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes, microservices. Application domains include computational chemistry, cheminformatics and bioinformatics and make extensive use of workflow tools.
