Abby has been with dsnm since 2013 and now runs our busy finance department after gaining her AAT level 2 and 3 accounting qualifications. With over 500 clients based all around the world, Abby and her team are kept on their toes ensuring the wheels of dsnm finances run smoothly.

Adam has worked in a variety of different job roles including being a chef, a delivery driver, website designer and even working on building sites. He eventually developed an interest in videography and photography using these skills, among others he picked up, to enter a career in marketing.

Having previously worked for Sunseeker, Alicia joined dsnm in 2007. Her passion for the Superyacht industry can be seen in the progressive way she manages the company's branding and marketing ensuring that dsnm is continually growing and developing new opportunities to stay at the forefront of the industry.

Since joining dsnm in 2004, Amanda has played a critical role in helping to build the company into what it is today. Amanda, along with David, Alicia and Martin have pulled together an incredible team of staff that has meant that dsnm is the number one navigational supplier to the superyacht industry. Amanda ensures that the day to day running of the office is smooth with her outstanding organisational skills.

Buster brings with him a wealth of experience in the maritime industry, serving 22 years in the Royal Navy. He looked after chart outfits onboard warships for over a decade, before becoming the Royal Navy's inspector of all things ‘chart outfit'. Buster is the go-to man in the office for all the nav, chart and ECDIS questions.

Since joining the dsnm team in April 2016, Ella has proved to be a great asset to the company. In her current role as Head of Yacht Management, Ella not only looks after her own clients but is instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of the fleet managers and department. Ella's previous job role working with international clients, ensured she was well equipped to deal with the busy nature of the dsnm fleet office.

One of the early dsnm team members, Ellen has been a member of the finance team for over 10 years. She brings an abundance of finance knowledge and experience to this close knit team, assisting in all elements of the department.

When not assisting the digital support team to trouble shoot any client technical issues, Gareth enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, playing his PlayStation and watching his beloved Manchester United at the pub with his friends.

George spent time sail training as navigation officer, subsequently earning his unlimited master's certificate in 1993. He came ashore in 2004 and began developing a portfolio career in maritime training and inspection.

With a background in customer service, Jack has proven himself to be reliable and approachable for our customers and team working initially in our logistics department before starting his new career in the digital support department.

Lucy joined dsnm as Finance Assistant in 2018 and quickly became part of this busy, productive team. Having previously lived and worked in Farnborough after studying at Farnborough College of Technology, Lucy made the move to the South Coast and has recently settled into her new home.

One of the longest standing members of the Yacht Management team at dsnm, Lucy joined in 2007, and has been an integral part of the development of the company. Lucy put her degree in Business Studies to good use assisting with the marketing before focusing her time on the Yacht Manager role.

Being a keen and experienced sailor himself, Martin has a love of the sea and brings with him over 40 years of knowledge. Since joining the company in 2009, he has played a crucial role in developing the yacht management procedures and assisting in the development of the digital side of the service.

Olivia joins us after previously working in a Customer Service role, providing extensive support to varying departments of the NHS.
Running the busy logistics department and coordinating all client orders is a no mean feat. Ruth manages the department like clockwork and always gives 110% to any given task ensuring deadlines and shipments are sent out to clients in time.

Sally joined the ever-growing team of Yacht Managers at dsnm in 2012. Putting her strong organisational skills to good use, Sally works hard to provide a first-class service to her fleet of yachts alongside supporting her colleagues.

Sophie brings to dsnm an abundance of strong maritime industry knowledge having gained her OOW ticket in a previous role. As a part of the busy digital team, her prior experience has proven very useful. Sophie began her career within the industry when she joined the Merchant Navy as a cadet.

Stuart joined dsnm in 2016 and always keeps a calm and cool demeanour whilst managing our busy, ever growing digital department. During his time at dsnm, Stuart has been instrumental in the introduction of our compass software as well as a number of other initiatives.

Stuart joins dsnm after working three years in the financial sector providing advice to high-performing Athletes and Musicians. He shows an excellent understanding of supporting client's requirements making him a great fit within the Yacht Management team.

Most recently working in the Investment industry, Tom worked his way up to Assistant Manager. His day-to-day tasks saw him working closely with customers dealing with their invoicing and account queries.
Tom spent three seasons on board a charter yacht in his twenties working as part of the crew, gaining valuable maritime knowledge and teamwork skills.
