Set up in 1996, Eden Rivers Trust is an environmental charity dedicated to improving and protecting the River Eden, its tributaries and lakes in the Eden Valley, Cumbria making it a better place for people and wildlife... Eden is a unique network of rivers that is essential to the life blood of the area supporting internationally important habitats and their wildlife... Eden is a unique and beautiful network of rivers, becks and lakes, stretching 80 miles from Hellgill Force to the Solway Firth. Covering an impressive 850 square miles, it is the lifeblood of the area and it is under threat.
