Hannah Jones

Hannah joined the 3Keys team in 2020; returning to work from maternity leave Hannah has a strong customer service back-ground and joins us from her most recent role as a Sales Negotiator with a national competitor. Hannah is a valued member of the team and is heavily involved with all aspects of the sales process, from valuing, to negotiating and sales progression. Hannah forges caring relationships with our vendor & buyer clients, described by our clients as ‘truly the best of the best' - and she really is! With honest advice, and a genuine desire to produce the best results Hannah exceeds our clients expectations. Hannah is our in house social media guru and takes the lead with updating our Social Media platforms to ensure all listings benefit from maximum exposure. In her spare time Hannah is busy with her 2 children and likes to keep active by walking regularly and visiting Yorkshire Wildlife Park.

Laura Green

Business owner Laura has achieved the National Federation of Property Professionals (NFOPP) Technical Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management and the National Federation of Property Professionals (NFOPP) Technical Award in the Sale of Residential Property, the industry standard for agents working with property. "For me, it is evidence of our professionalism and shows our clients that they are dealing with someone who is knowledgeable and that they can trust to do a good job". As well as overseeing the day to day running of the business, Laura works on both the Sales & Lettings sides and is always on hand to speak with clients old or new. Outside of work Laura enjoys spending time with her 4 children & husband, fitness training and socialising with friends & family'

Lisa Bailey

Job Titles:
  • Sales & Lettings Admin Support
Lisa joined the 3Keys team in July 2014 as an apprentice working towards her NVQ level 2 in Business Administration gaining essential experience & qualifications. On completion of her NVQ Lisa took on the role of full time Sales & Lettings Support, with strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail her support is invaluable. Lisa's extensive role covers processing rents on a daily basis for our managed properties, overseeing tenant referencing, drafting all tenancy related documentation & marketing. Described by our clients as "really helpful from start to finish… answering questions promptly" Lisa will be on hand to support and advise prospective tenants through the application process and ensure landlord compliance with legislation, protecting our deposits, renewing EPC's & monitoring Gas & Electrical certificates. Outside of work Lisa enjoys exploring new places and spending time with her family and friends.

Michelle Sidebottom

Michelle joined the 3Keys team in 2020; with a wealth of industry experience and quickly established her Senior position within the team. Michelle has a genuine passion for her work, described by one of our clients recently as ‘hardworking, very particular and conscientious… she is just amazing' we have to agree! Michelle is our resident New Build & New Sales Site specialist, if you're considering a new build project Michelle will be able help you navigate your way through the compliance hurdles. With years of residential sales experience, there's rarely a scenario Michelle hasn't encountered previously, going ‘over and above' is her daily norm; if anyone can get your property over the completion line it's Michelle. Outside of work Michelle enjoys walking, running, voluntary work within the local community and spending time with friends & family.

Montana Wiffen

Montana heads up our lettings department, having joined the 3Keys team in 2020 as a full-time Lettings Consultant; Montana has several years' experience working in similar role for an independent competitor agency. Montana's diverse role covers everything from letting valuations, new property take-ons, negotiations, check-ins and all aspects of tenancy management. The lettings industry is heavily weighted with legislation which can be overwhelming, Montana is on hand to offer guidance on compliance with statutory requirements, managing rentals arrears and the eviction process if necessary. Hardworking & dedicated to ‘getting the job done' Montana is renown for her late nights at the office, described by our clients as ‘excellent to work with and on point with everything' we are delighted to have Montana heading up our lettings team. In her spare time Montana enjoys spending time with her family, socialising with friends and going on walks.

Ros Gilligan

Ros (Laura's mum) joined 3Keys in May 2007; assisting with property viewings, inspections and managing a large portfolio of residential property, Ros takes a ‘hands on' approach to ensuring tenants have smooth-running tenancies whilst renting through 3Keys. This involves organising and overseeing pre-tenancy inventories, property repairs & maintenance work. Ros has a keen eye for detail and is meticulous in her work; she regularly goes over and above her duties to ensure our clients' expectations are exceeded. Outside of work Ros enjoys swimming, dining out and looking after her grandchildren.
