Aaron James - Aaron brings over 20 years of financial management with him, gaining his experience from working with companies such as Marriott Hotels, Shiner Distribution & Mitie Environmental Services. Aarons strengths are in financial control and managing transformation periods. In his spare time he looks after his growing menagerie of pets and is a Sabre Fencing coach !
Laura Mellon - Fun Fact.. due to an email address typo, Laura attended the interview not even knowing what the job was for other than it being Mon-Fri and office based. Luckily it was meant to be, and Laura joined Professional Hygiene in May 2016 as the Accounts Assistant. This was a complete career change having spent the last 13 years as a manager in retail. After 5 years in the accounts department, Laura was then promoted to Service Manager in the Waste Department and has applied her knowledge from the accounts role that interlink with servicing to create a more efficient way of working. Outside of work Laura enjoys attending live music events, camping, and spending time with her family.

Mark Parry - A seasoned corporate sales leader with many years experience in both the UK and Southern Africa. Having returned to England from Johannesburg in 2022 Mark joined the Professional Hygiene team bringing with him a wealth of sales knowledge and a great understanding of best business practice. Out of work Mark spends his time with watching rugby, gardening and enjoying red wine
Paul & Sarah Tippins - The company founders and directors, established in 1999 as a janitorial supply company to further grow the company they soon started offering a washroom waste collection service which eventually lead to the collection of clinical & medical waste. They continued to build up their reputation as a friendly and cost effective service provider enabling the business to successfully grow year on year and it is now the leading independent clinical waste management company in the South West that still provides a wide range of washroom and janitorial products. Paul and Sarah are faithful followers of Bristol Bears and are always hopeful for a successful season !
