Colin has over 40 years experience in the construction industry. Colin has acted in the role of CDM Coordinator from the onset of the regulations in 1995 and incorporated the role in the design, administration and procurement of new buildings, restoration and renovation of existing buildings including schools, local authority, diocesan and Church Commissioners property stock across the Home Counties. From 2015 he has acted as Principle Designer on new construction projects, major renovations and additions to existing structures and restoration works to listed buildings.

Having owned his own business for 10 years he decided to embark on a 5 year part time course to become a surveyor. Steve has over 10 years experience as a surveyor in the public and private sectors within commercial, health, industrial and education sectors. Steve has strong customer service skills and aims to provide the best possible service to his clients as possible whilst being realistic with their expectations. Steve has experience in various skills within the construction industry and if he does not have the knowledge or skills required he has a network of colleagues that he can recommend.
