Matthew Bell has many years of experience in the utilities industry; working initially for one of the largest commercial gas suppliers he then made the move to working for another broker. In 2007 he decided to set up 3rd sector utilities making full use of his network of contacts and observations of client experience.

Sarah Goodband worked for over 10 years with Bass Brewers / Coors managing both customer service and direct sales teams. Her blue chip background and dedication to the customer experience bring a new dimension to 3rd sector utilities.
