In certain circumstances however, such as if you live in a national park / AONB or your Pod exceeds over 50% of your garden area, then it is likely you will require planning consent. For our commercial clients or those who will require planning permission Pod Space architectural design team are happy to consult with your local authority and apply for planning permission on your behalf.
