In addition to operating and instructing at Spirit Taekwon-Do schools, Mr Adolph (V Degree) is co-founder of Herts TKD, which is responsible for training students throughout the Hertfordshire area. He was born and raised in St. Albans, a popular city in Hertfordshire, where his Taekwon-Do journey began over 30 years ago. Through dedication and perseverance, he was granted the qualification as an Instructor of ITF Taekwon-Do. It was after achieving his 2nd Degree Black belt, Mr Adolph decided to open his first Martial Art school in Bricket Wood. Mr Adolph first started teaching two classes per week, whilst working full-time in the engineering industry. During this time, Mr Adolph has been consistently teaching and training under his Instructor, Master Anderson (VII Degree), who runs the Colney Heath Taekwon-Do school. Mr Adolph has been teaching Taekwon-Do in the Hertfordshire area since 1992, but in 2005, he decided to leave the engineering industry to become a full-time Taekwon-Do instructor. He teaches and mentors people of all ages and abilities. He has various Martial Arts qualifications, including Umpire, First Aid and also holds the enhanced police checked, CRB certificate. Mr Adolph's passion and dedication to the art has impacted many children and adults and he hopes to carry on this passion, for many years to come.
