Chris formed Topher Ltd in 2007, and brought with him over 15 years experience in the security and parking industries, and 12 years experience in worldwide live music production. This has given both Chris, and Topher, a solid background in both the logistics of live events and how to deliver the perfect level of customer service. Chris is a keen golfer and a member of Hankley Common Golf Club.
Gajendra, formerly a sergeant in the Gurkha Regiment with over 16 years service, was a security officer for the Sultan of Brunei for 11 years before joining Topher in 2007. Gajendra has been a fundamental part of the company's growth and possess excellent recruitment and management skills as well being fluent in English, Hindi, Malay and Cantonese.
Jo joined Topher in 2007 as HR & Office Administrator. With a background in retail management Jo brings a real panache to the appearance of the Topher team, especially the standard of uniform for the company. She also ensures that all recruitment and personnel matters are managed to the highest standard. Jo is an active member of Rock Choir.
