Debbie Jacobs

Debbie Jacobs is the Principle of the Practice. She trained with Gary Jacobs, and was admitted as a Solicitor in 1988. Debbie has worked with the company since 1986, and has been head of the Family Department in the previous Partnership since 1999. Debbie has been a member of the Law Society Children Panel since 1999. Debbie conducts the advocacy in most of her cases from Family Proceeding Courts, County Courts and the High Court. Children work forms the majority of her caseload. She specialises in representing children and parents in a range of highly complex matters. Debbie Jacobs joined the practice in 1988 and became sole proprietor in 2005. Since 2000 Debbie has specialised in Family Law, in particular Childcare work.

Gary Jacobs

Kiran Sangha

Kiran qualified as a solicitor in October 2006 and joined the firm in June 2008. She undertakes all aspects of family work, including public and private law Children Act work, domestic violence and injunctions, and divorce and financial settlement. She undertakes her own advocacy wherever possible. Kiran is also fluent in spoken Punjabi, Urdu and Hindi. Kiran became a member of Resolution in May 2010 and a Law Society Accredited Children Panel Member in July 2011.

Michelle Stevens

Michelle was admitted as a solicitor in November 2005. and joined the firm in July 2008 and has previous practice knowledge in family and criminal law. Now Michelle specialises in all aspects of family law, including all matrimonial, children and public law child care matters. Michelle endeavours to undertake all of her own advocacy wherever possible. Michelle became an accredited member of The Law Society Children Panel in August 2010.

Paula Jacobs Amos

Paula left the City and joined the firm in 1990. She has been Practice Manager for over 23 years. As a Law Society Qualified Police Accredited Representative, she combined a fee earning role until 1998. Paula is the firm's COFA, Lexcel Representative and Company Secretary. Paula is responsible for all administration matters, human resources, accounting and cost drafting.

Roger Turner

Roger Turner is a consultant in the firm. He was called to the Bar by Gray's Inn in 1982 and after completing pupillages in chancery and common law chambers practised at the Common Law Bar (including family law) for 17 years. Roger was admitted as a solicitor in 1999 and since that year he has practised as a member of that branch of the profession. He is a higher courts (civil proceedings) advocate and a member of The Law Society Children Panel. During his legal career Roger has appeared before most tribunals from the Magistrates Court to the Court of Appeal.
