INTEX FACADES - Key Persons
Alex has worked at Intex Facades since 2014 as a trainee and has progressed to become one of our Quantity Surveyors and then to Director. In 2019 he obtained a degree in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management.

Audrius has worked for Intex Facades as a site supervisor since 2021. In 2023 he joined Intex Facades as a permanent member of the team and was promoted to Site Manager. He has a bachelor's degree in teaching and psychology.
Outside of work you'll find Audrius travelling the world or skiing in the mountains during the winter season. On the weekends, he enjoy going fishing with his friends and playing basketball.
Jo is a finance controller with a strong background in accounts. After a small break to bring up her children, Jo went back to studying to complete her AAT accreditation before joining Intex Facades in 2008.
Outside of work Jo is kept busy looking after her growing brood of lovely grandchildren or taking day trips with her dog Jack.
Kimberley Robinson Recruiter Kim joined Intex Facades in 2023 after leaving Healthcare Recruitment Industry. Kim started out 11 years ago as a Recruitment Consultant. As a seasoned professional she has worked as a Recruitment Account Manager, Lead, Business Partner and Senior Business Partner. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the recruitment sector having worked for an agency and in house recruiter. In her free time she likes family days out, reading and holidays!
Lee has had a progressive career with Intex Facades, since joining in 2007 as a trainee Estimator, he has worked his way up to Procurement Manager.

Luke has worked for Intex Facades since 2022 as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor.
Luke is currently working towards a HNC in Quantity Surveying. Outside of work you'll find him at the local gym keeping fit or jogging down the local trails. Luke likes to relax with friends whilst playing a game of Pool. He is also a lifetime supporter of Tottenham Hotspur and regularly travels to London to support his team.
Paramjeet Sihag gained a foundation in Construction project management, boasting two years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager in India.
He then went on to gain a master's degree in Sustainable Civil and Structural Engineering from the prestigious University of Liverpool. He is passionate about incorporating eco-friendly practices into engineering solutions.
Outside of work you'll find Paramjeet embracing adventure sports like bungee jumping and enjoying the outdoors.
Steve Mills Director Steve has been with Intex Facades since leaving the Royal Engineers in 2007. He has worked his way up through the ranks taking on roles such as Estimator, Buyer, Project Manager and Designer until eventually being made Director in 2017. In his free time, he enjoys trying to play golf and taking his young son to football sessions.
