Antony is an experienced coach who has achieved success with high-performance athletes. He recently led the team at Lady Eleanor Holles School to consecutive wins at the National Schools' Regatta in the Championship Eight category from 2019 to 2021.
About George joined the ULBC coaching team in the 2022/23 season. Over his decades of coaching experience, George has coached 13 HWR winning crews, Tideway head pennant champions amongst other achievements in his career, and brings a wealth of experience to the team.
Tom joined the ULBC coaching team in January 2022 from LEH, where he and Smithy coached their crews to consecutive championship eight wins at the National Schools Regatta.
Bringing years of international and elite domestic experience to the team (both as a coach and a former international rower himself), Tom has previously coached athletes to Olympic, World Championship and U23 selection, multiple HRR wins and finals and HWR, BUCS and NSR championship wins.
