Alice is a driven, passionate member of the team, always striving to push herself and her colleagues to deliver first class customer service. Alice understands how important it is for a house to feel like a home and strives for all of her tenants to feel comfortable and relaxed throughout their rental journey.

Charlie Abbiss

Dan joined Gatekeeper as a Sales and Letting Manager at the beginning of 2018, and was promoted to the position of Sales and Letting Director in 2020, bringing with him 8 fantastic years of customer service and sales experience from his previous role as a manager in retail pawnbroking. Outside of work Dan has helped develop and plays for the local American Football club and enjoys spending time with his pet rats. Dan is often the first point of contact for sellers, Landlords, purchasers and potential tenants in Swindon and having rented, bought and sold in the area he uses his personal experience to understand each of his customers unique requirements. He is passionate about providing excellent customer service, enabling a smooth sales process and building great client relationships.

Kenya Ferguson Sales and Lettings Manager Kenya joined Gatekeeper in September 2022, bringing with her great previous experience within the industry having cut her teeth in Banbury, Deddington and the surrounding areas. Lucy Forde

Lucy joined Gatekeeper in the Summer of 2012 as the Director of Property Care having worked in the Banking sector for ten years. In her former roles, she worked on a number of major projects as well offering financial advice, VIP account management and branch management. One of Lucy's primary aims is to ensure that her team of Property Managers build fantastic relationships with our landlords and tenants. She sees the importance of explaining what we do and why we do it, to make sure all parties are fully informed and satisfied.

Patrick Brady

Patrick set up Gatekeeper back in 2003, he had always wanted to run his own business and felt the property market was in need of a far more customer focused approach than was being offered. Patrick ™s own background includes working for a diverse number of companies including Comet, BAA and Phones4U where he learned to combine the skills of delivering good customer service backed up by robust back of house processes.

Phil Kendall - Founder

Phil is another founder member of Gatekeeper. With a degree in Urban Policy and Management from Aston University in Birmingham, Phil also has a wealth of experience in the retail sector including companies such as Comet, Habitat and McDonalds. He is not only a fully qualified NAEA approved estate agent but has also been a fully qualified Mortgage advisor since 2004. Phil looks after all new business for Gatekeeper and is in the process of expanding the Gatekeeper brand throughout all our regional areas.

Sam Mawson

Sam always provides a high standard of customer service and loves working closely with people so they can find a place for themselves to call home as he has done himself. Sam was born and raised in Swindon and wants to use his local knowledge to provide a fantastic home buying experience and build strong relationships with everyone he works with.
