Dr. Sarah Skidmore

Dr. Sarah Skidmore, DSL, MA (she/her/hers) is a Leadership Doctor, Futurist, and Consultant at Skidmore Consulting LLC, a certified leader development and leadership training service provider. Dr. Sarah's passion for the future of leadership, work, and learning drive the perspective she brings to organizations. Her inclusive leadership and strengths based approach, impact her leadership training and leadership consulting. Prior to being a leadership development consultant, she led marketing strategy for a variety of sectors including small business, non-profit, and global manufacturing. Dr. Sarah is currently based in Orlando, FL, and partners with clients worldwide interested in developing global leaders and fostering strategic leadership skills. She is at the forefront of the intersection of innovation, leadership, and strategy. Dr. Sarah holds a Doctor of Strategic Leadership, Master of Arts in Public Policy and Bachelor of Arts in Marketing & International Business. She is a 2020 Emerging Fellow with the Association of Professional Futurists and European Futures Observatory; and, holds a Professional Certificate in Foresight from the University of Houston.

E. Alex Floate

Alex Floate is a futurist whose goal is to help public and private organizations understand and implement strategic foresight, and has the breadth of knowledge and experience critical to understanding how systems and relationships shape our future. ​Dr. Floate's education includes a bachelor's in social sciences, focused on politics, economics, history, and geography, and an MBA focused on finance. In 2019 he earned a doctorate in strategic leadership with a concentration in strategic foresight. His experience has ranged from a non-commissioned officer in the United States Marine Corps, small business management, and large corporate employment in logistics, supply chain, risk management, and financial analysis.

Felistus Mbole

  • Financial Inclusion Specialist
Felistus is a financial inclusion specialist. She has been working in the financial sector for the last two decades, the last 14 years of these in financial inclusion. Her interest in financial inclusion has been in exploring how finance can evolve to meet the needs of the poorer members of society. She is currently the Head, Poverty Impact at Financial Sector Deepening Trust (FSD Kenya), a special purpose vehicle funded by several development partners. Felistus is an MBA (Finance) and a Doctor of Strategic Leadership (Strategic Foresight) and is a member of the Association of Professional Futurists (APF). She is bothered by economic inequality and poverty and is passionate about pursuing sustainable solutions to these. This led to her doctorate final project which culminated in the soon to be published manuscript titled Kenya's Road to Sustainable and Inclusive Development: A Tri-view of the Past, Present, and Future. She is also an executive coach.

Johanna Hoffman

Johanna Hoffman is a strategist, urbanist and futurist, specializing in the space between design, planning, fiction and futures. Over the past fifteen years, she has conducted award-winning research, created adaptation strategies for international companies and led long term planning for leading academic centers. ​She is the Co-founder of Design for Adaptation, a firm that synthesizes strategic planning and creative futures work to help people, cities and organizations transform uncertainty into present day choice. Robin Jourdan

Job Titles:

Robin Jourdan has been an information professional and research scientist for 30+ years. Nearly 25 of those years have been with Ford Motor Co., focusing on online research, Six Sigma (Blackbelt), curriculum design, proof of concept development and futures analysis. Robin is a Six Sigma Blackbelt practitioner. She has taught Knowledge Management topics as part of the Columbia University Masters in Knowledge Management program. Robin earned a Professional Certificate in Strategic Foresight from the University of Houston most recently. She has a Master's in Library & Information Science from Wayne State University; including experience with early virtual libraries and reference desk services: "Ask Henry". Robin has a Master's in Science from the University of North Dakota, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Michigan. ​She enjoys exploring the undiscovered territory. Her strengths include being able to frame problems and look at the problem from new perspectives; and a natural teaching mindset and willingness to collaborate with others. Tending toward practicality, this set up a high hurdle when first involved in strategic foresight. Creating a view of the futures is most worthwhile if we can do something with it, today.

Stephen Aguilar-Millan

Tim Morgan

Tim Morgan is an award-winning professional futurist with the North Texas Foresight Institute, and a member of the Association of Professional Futurists. He has worked on strategic foresight projects with clients such as Kimberly Clark, NASA Langley, Ontario Institute of Cancer Research, and others. Tim's futures work has been published in MISC Magazine and published a series of essays on the APF website for the APF Emerging Fellows Program 2019. Tim received his Foresight master's degree from the University of Houston, where he teaches Systems Thinking in their Strategic Foresight Certificate Seminar. He resides in Lewisville, Texas.

Tyler Mongan

Tyler Mongan is the president and co-founder of HA:KU Global. He works with executive leadership and organizations globally to help them develop and scale future intelligence so they can successfully navigate a complex, uncertain, and exponentially changing world. Tyler has facilitated over 100 foresight, innovation and strategy sessions in ten countries. He is the host of the Future Intelligence Leadership Podcast. His professional focus is on developing the practical application of neuroscience-based strategic foresight and future intelligence. ​Tyler is a member of the Association of Professional Futurists (APF) and a 2020 APF Emerging Fellow. He has attended graduate studies in philosophy at the University of Tennessee and Naturopathic Medicine at the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine, Arizona. He completed foresight training at the Manchester Institute of Innovation Research (MIOIR) and an Executive MBA at Quantic school of business and technology. Tyler lives in Santa Monica, USA
