When we set up in 1995, we wanted to build up long-term, trusting and productive partnerships with imaginative clients, enthusiastic design team members, and collaborative constructors. The plan was to bring together our different academic and working backgrounds and experiences so that we could contribute from the earliest stages of the design process; to create ultimately a portfolio of built work that was integrated, elegant and economic, uniquely adapted to the brief of the client - and had been a rewarding experience to work on... Of particular interest to the practice are projects with a high design input, or those involving the use of unusual materials, especially Structural Glass where we work directly with specialist glazing contractors to develop state-of-the-art solutions to design challenges.
