Janet has knowledgeable hands-on insight into running a small business along with experience in a variety of different companies, including working within the senior management team of a family-owned manufacturing, wholesale and retail business. Her time spent in the more corporate environment of several larger global manufacturing and marketing companies enables her to bring empathetic support and guidance to company personnel and senior management teams alike.

He has undertaken a turnaround business, led an SME and directed a global programme office. With proven skills and extensive contacts, his comprehensive knowledge and 'can do' attitude has overcome many challenges, all helping to reduce the risk of costly errors, time delays and providing potential budget savings for his clients.
