Working in financial services since 1973 and having qualified as an ACII (for which he earned the top student award), Brian began his highly successful sales career in 1978. His first management role followed in 1981 and since then Brian has worked in senior management and at board level with a number of UK and international publicly quoted companies. He has unique international financial services sales management expertise and a particular strength has been his ability to identify and recruit high-quality individuals and to blend them into successful, dynamic teams. He is the driving force behind everything we do.
Brian works from his homes in France (Montelimar) and London (Earlsfield). He plays golf, is a keen cyclist, and enjoys photography and watching rugby. His son and daughter both live and work in London.

Our founder and CEO, Brian Cosgrave ACII, is a Chartered Insurer with extensive management experience having built financial services teams in the UK, Ireland and internationally over the past 40 years. He is therefore uniquely positioned and experienced. He has long recognised that recruitment within the financial services sector requires specialised knowledge, skills and experience.
Caroline is very experienced in the financial services industry, having worked as an insurance administrator and SIPPS manager, advising clients on their personal pension portfolios and setting up stock trading accounts in the UK and offshore. She also has extensive experience dealing with institutional financial services clients.
Caroline lives near Warminster, Wiltshire, with her family.
Christine began her career back in 1996 working in procurement for BT, where she bought satellite systems and subsea cable solutions. She moved into a Business Development role whilst there and then moved to Yell in 2004, based in Reading, where she headed up their IT procurement team.
Christine then joined a financial services business in 2009 in Oman as their Sales and Marketing Manager, before returning to her home in the UK. Christine is experienced in the international financial services industry and has lived in the Netherlands, Africa and Oman.
She is based in Wiltshire with her husband and their labrador. She enjoys jogging, cooking, reading, gardening and travelling.
