- Strategic Partnership Manager
Andy has worked in convenience retailing for over 25 years, starting out as a junior buyer for Golden Wonder Crisps then 5 years at Nisa where he met Ian and Neil. A move to York followed to spend the next 15 years at Costcutter. The first 10 years were spent building and developing their Category Management Department then an internal move to a senior sales position to work in conjunction with leading suppliers to help develop sales and profitability for independent retailers under their Costcutter fascia.
Andy joined Procuria in January 2013 with the remit to help build the Direct to Store department of the business and help recruit independent businesses to participate in the ranges and deals we have to offer.
Outside of Procuria Andy has an active lifestyle and participates in triathlons so when he is not spending time with his partner and family he's out running, swimming or cycling.

Chris is the most recent addition to the Procuria team, joining us in May 2024. Studying in Sheffield, he has a degree in Sports Business. He also brings with him a wealth of customer service skills with him from previous jobs, and is a valued new member of our team.

- Sales and Development Executive
Chris is our Sales & Development Executive responsible for managing customer relationships and sales growth. Chris also works in the financial side of the business providing additional support where needed. Chris is trained in AAT accountancy and has been with Procuria since 2014.
Ian was responsible for the re-engineering on behalf of Nisa Retail Limited (formerly Nisa Today`s), Europe`s largest buying consortium. This application delivered a new trading channel for the business to facilitate growth, dealing with products and services direct to store.
Ian set up Procuria in 2009 as an alternative supply channel for smaller retailers that might be unable, in their own right, to be part of a larger group. Since then the business has grown from its origins to what it is today servicing more than 2500 retailers, nationwide.
James joined Procuria in 2013 and oversees the entirety of the accounting function within the business from start to finish, reporting to our managing director. James is a strong communicator and is involved in strategy, projects and planning to help bolster the growth of the business.
The latest addition to Procuria. Jon joined the team after gaining a few years marketing experience studying and working at Sheffield Hallam University. He is responsible for overseeing all of the digital marketing for Procuria, and works closely with our supplier partners to increase sales.
Having joined Procuria in 2011 Neil, after 37 years experience in Supply Chain and Distribution, specialises in the service offering for our members.
Neil manages the daily operational needs of Procuria members and is also responsible for driving the business forward in line with growth plans. He is part of the senior management team reporting directly to the Managing Director.

With a strong administrative and secretarial background, Stacey joined Procuria in 2010. Stacey is the Personal Assistant to our Managing Director and oversees the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of our office and team.
