Adrian Phillips has worked at the Club since he was sixteen, and before that was a member from the age of nine, so he has lots of first-hand experience of what the members of St Andrew's want and need!
From October 2021 Adrian is the elected Chair of the Youth Hub Collective, a practical, working group of youth workers from our fellow youth hubs - The Avenues Youth Project and the Fourth Feathers. Together they collaborate on joint projects to strengthen youth work in Westminster.
Previously Development Director at St Andrew's Club from 2016, Annette became Chief Executive in 2019 with responsibility for the strategy, management and administrative side of the Club, answering to the Trustees. Annette has worked in PR and marketing for high end luxury goods, has run her own garden design business and has now worked in the charity sector for over fifteen years, joining the Club after fundraising for a local Kent Hospice. She holds a Combined Honours degree in French & Italian and a diploma in Fundraising from the Institute of Fundraising. She feels privileged to lead the Club, raise awareness of and funds for the amazing work for the over 500 members who depend on it each year.

Since graduating university in July 2017, Callum has worked for a number of charities in the UK and in Australia. He has worked in several communication and engagement roles ranging across issues such as modern slavery and youth engagement in social action. He joined the Fundraising Team in March 2021. He manages the fundraising efforts of the Club, as well as taking charge of all communicaitons avenues.

Edson is a long-standing member of St Andrew's Club staff. He was also a Club member from the age of 13 when he joined one of the Club's football teams. His time playing as part of the teams inspired him to work towards coaching. By the age of 18 he had gained both level 1 and 2 FA coaching badges. Edson's coaching carer has taken him from the Chelsea FC Foundation to Spain, Italy and Portugal and after a successful coaching career at St Andrew's Club over a variety of age groups he is now taking the helm as Head of Football. His enthusiasm and passion to help young people will take our football programme from strength to strength.

Leona previously worked for the US Navy for 10 years as a Recreation Director for unaccompanied military personnel stationed in the UK. She then worked for British Airways as Cabin Crew for 13 years. Leona has brought her office management experience from Greensill Capital where she worked for the last two years. She enjoys being a part of our tight knit team and supporting the impactful work that St Andrew's Club does for so many young people

Since graduating university in July 2020, Max has worked as a fundraiser for London based charities. Raising money for community projects, with a focus on providing opportunities for young people. He joined the fundraising team in June 2022 helping to support the Club in its fundraising efforts.

Sarah started her career as a civil engineer, later moving into marketing, market research and PR. She has worked in a wide range of sectors including leisure, financial, automotive, technology, and medical. She enjoys volunteering her time supporting young people and community projects. She is currently helping develop fundraising activities and enhance stakeholder relationships.
Previously Deputy Manager Youth Worker from 2016, Sarah became Youth Club Manager in 2019 with responsibility for the youth programme and youth workers and reports to Annette. Sarah was an experienced Teaching Assistant who has worked with young people aged 3-19 years in an autism specialist school implementing the national curriculum and promoting physical, emotional and social development. As well as specialising in art, being a mental health first aider and qualified in advanced child protection awareness, in 2018 she achieved the Level 3 Diploma in Youth Work Practice through YMCA George Williams College. In January 2022 Sarah successfully completed her degree in Children, Young People and Families -Youth Work, Community Learning and Development and Social Pedagogy.

Stephanie grew up a stone's throw from the Club, became a member aged 9 then began volunteering aged 15. She achieved her level 2 in youth work whilst working at the Club and is now the the Leader in Charge of Junior Club. Stephanie also works 2 nights a week in Senior Club, helping those young people transition up from Junior Club. She has a love for arts & crafts and cookery.
