PROJECT HR CONSULTANTS - Key Persons
Graham Thurston founded Project HR in 2002 and has over 20 years experience in reward management. Graham originally trained as an engineer and spent 8 years in mechanical and production engineering before moving to Suffolk County Council. Graham then spent 13 years at Suffolk in a variety of HR roles Graham has a unique understanding of pay and reward in the public sector. He has expertise in helping organisations understand and develop their reward strategy, designing and costing new pay and grading structures and developing performance pay schemes. Graham is a full member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and also completed a Diploma in Management Studies through Brunel University.
