Miku Hasebe

Born and raised in Akita Prefecture, Miku studied psychology and journalism at university and spent a year studying abroad in the UK. Motivated by a desire to support the development of businesses both domestically and internationally from a human resources perspective, she entered the HR industry as a new graduate. Currently, she specialises in legal roles and assists with recruitment for a wide range of companies, from large enterprises to startups, both Japanese and foreign. Miku is committed to providing comprehensive career support to candidates from various angles. Nanase Fujimoto

After graduating from university, Nanase worked for a major Japanese manufacturing and retail company. She wanted to change my experience in customer service to sales and be involved in the turning point of many people's lives, so changed jobs to the human resources industry. After realising that he wanted to work in a job where he could have a more positive impact on people's lives, he moved to Huxley With his experience at a securities company, he is strong in recruiting for financial legal and compliance-related positions. He has been practising Shorinji Kempo for 14 years since he was a child, training himself both mentally and physically. With extensive knowledge and years of experience within recruitment, he now specialises within finance and accounting positions, particularly within the life science industry. He had also previously gained 11 years of experience as a B2B sales representative at an online job advertisement company which has given him a great understanding about customer experience.
