ANDERSON has a passionate interest in everything related to sales and sales effectiveness.
Learning sales through practical experience working with highly professional organisational such as ICI and Unilever, he then worked at the legendary sales training consultancy Krauthammer International for 10 years, developing and delivering sales training for major blue chips such as Johnson & Johnson, Dupont, Eastman Kodak, Black & Decker and Boston Scientific.
After delivering around 500 days of training in 16 countries, he then studied an MBA with Warwick Business School, focusing on sales effectiveness, resulting in a training consultant with academic insight & rigour coupled with practical hands on sales realism.

QUENTIN DUNSTAN is a highly experienced facilitator, coach, and mentor having worked with many senior executives and directors to assist them in developing and executing change management and sales strategies. Having held senior positions himself he is able to provide a pragmatic sounding board to find workable solutions that are ‘right‘for his clients. He has an easy going yet uncompromising style so clients find him a valuable asset when they are dealing with complex or difficult issues either at a personal or commercially sensitive level.
He is currently working on many management and sales development programmes for international companies. His client's are unanimous that his approach has had a very positive impact on their business performance, communication and stakeholder relationships.
Following an MA in European Management at Cranfield, Trevor's career focused on marketing and communications, primarily in senior account direction roles in advertising agencies. He led multi-disciplinary teams to deliver impactful campaigns against challenging client targets and agency profitability measures.
Trevor has always, unconsciously, brought a coaching style to his work as has been described as having a coaching style which is genuine, inspiring and supportive. Trevor likes to engender loyalty and commitment, retaining powerful, long-term client relationships through a combination of delivering results, generating trust and engaging others through his passion and commitment for the work that he does.
